Interviewed Dr. Jay Schuster for a new dentist. We did wait for a bit after filling out the intake forms. He answered all of our questions, gave us a quick exam to see if anything was serious (nothing in my case). And wasnt too busy to chat for a few. We were impressed enough to schedule cleanings (and a new crown in my wifes case) *** After initial cleanings, we will be going back. Far superior to our prior dentist. *** Its now several years later, and I am still impressed with Dr. Schuster - He is still personable and more importantly, they can catch changes in your mouth before they are even visible to the naked eye, making small corrections that can keep large problems from ever occurring! I cannot recommend him enough!

This will sound weird but......I love this dentist. Everyone who works in this office is so professional yet personable. The hygienists are phenomenal. They clean very well, put you at ease and tell you wgat you are doing well and what you need to improve on. The dentists are also phenoenal. Dr. Schuster cracks jokes and talks to you like a friend while examining or performing work. Dr. Sacco is fun to work with too. My whole family comes to this office and even when I needed work done, it was a good experience. The anesthetic was effective, the work was done well and I had minimal pain in tge hours after. I have finally found a dentist office I feel confident recommending to friends and family no matter the state of their teeth.

Just had a tooth pulled at metro dental. The procedure was fine, but after a few hours the pain became intolerable. Id been told to take advil, but after having gone through nearly half a bottle I decided to call the office. The secretary, Claudine, was kind enough to call the doctor who had already gone home, he advised that I chew a tea bag and I was told this office does not prescribe pain medication! Metro dental is overpriced and while they do go out of their way to appear as though they care, its just an act-once theyve got your money, its good riddance..and I just realized they left a broken bit of tooth in my gum. These people are a joke.

Hands down the best experience Ive ever had. I waited 9 years to get my last 2 wisdom teeth out after a horrible experience with the first two. After getting to the point that they needed to come out I researched heavily to find a dentist that could cater to scare adults. The rave reviews from our neighbors backed the online reviews for Dr. Schuster. I was in and out in 45 min. with no issues whatsoever. They were extremely friendly, played Hallmark Christmas movies for me (my happy place) and entertained my 4 y/o to ensure he didnt think the dentist was scary b/c of mommy. Best dentist every! Kudos to their team!!

Im a dental hygienist and have seen good dental work and very bad over the last 30 years. DR.SCHUSTER and all of the Metro Dental team are exceptional. I would not hesitate in the least in recommending them for your dentistry. I work for another dentist but when I needed cosmetic dentistry for my anterior teeth, I went to Dr. SCHUSTER. My teeth are beautiful and I am proud and confident into smile. Dr. SCHUSTER is truly an artist in his field and I am so fortunate to have him as my dentist.

I would highly recommend Dr. Schuster to my family and friends. He has a great personality and his staff are really friendly, which makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I had a major cosmetic procedure done and it went smoothly and came out beautiful! He was very caring as he asked me numerous times throughout the procedure if I was doing okay. I also have a fear of needles and he was so great when giving me the novocaine that I did not even feel the slightest pinch !!!

I cant say enough about this office... I understand no one "enjoys" going to the dentist but at metro dental I feel like I am important! No matter the condition of your teeth, the procedure that needs to be done, or the time between visits - you are never judged! They are professional but in the most caring, sensitive ways. Nikki Carlin was seen by Dr. Herko this week because she broke one of her permanent front tooth. Nikki is only 7 years old and Dr. Herko and her dental assistant were both wonderful with her. She needed a bonding and what I thought was going to be a terrible experience for her and me (her mother) was the opposite. We actually laughed throughout the procedure and the next day Nikki was able to eat whatever she wanted without any pain. Thank you thank you!

Metro Dental was close to my office and had good reviews so I figured Id give them a try. My first visit was a short notice appointment to have a cavity filled. My hygienist for this appointment (Stephanie) was super friendly and Dr. Sacco was great. The following week I had a routine cleaning and my hygienist (Andrea) was really great. Saw Dr. Sacco again - super friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Metro Dental to anyone.

I have been taking my family to Metro Dental for almost a decade for everything from cleanings to fillings and tooth extractions. I personally have found Dr. Schuster very conservative with his approach, never pushing a procedure unless truly necessary. My children love their dental hygienist and even find their regular dental cleanings "fun". We couldnt be happier with the care and attention we receive from the entire staff.

Dont get surprised to get a tooth filling at every visit no matter what. Since after I switched the dentists I havent had any "new" filling in my teeth. You may get surprise bills because the front desk staff doesnt do due diligence to call your insurance for pre certs. Because after all youre responsible to pay for the services rendered. And yes the dentist is rated among the top 10 so obviously one would like to go there.

As usual, my visit began at the designated appointment time with virtually no time spent in the waiting room. I was scheduled for a regular cleaning and the hygienist provided excellent service while making sure that I was comfortable and well informed of the process throughout the appointment. When Doctor Schuster joined us, his attention to detail and communication was clear and concise.

Always a pleasant experience....as pleasant as a dental visit could be! The staff is always friendly and accommodating . The hygienists are professional and informative . Dr. Schuster is calm and concerned about your "pain free" experience. Never any pressure. Clean office. The staff seem to have a great working relationship when communicating with each other concerning your care.

Great new high tech office at Metro Dental Associates! The staff was very kind and attentive. When I was angry and annoyed at something else, Dr. Schuster greeted me with a great smile on his face and tried his best to make me feel better. With his great humor, he managed to put a smile on my face! I would highly recommend visiting his office to find a new dentist.
