Last week I came into Atlantic Dental Healthcare to have a cleaning. Dr. Selvan was very professional and did an amazing job cleaning my gums. All of the other dentists that I have been going to would make things up about me having cavities or that I wasnt taking good care of my teeth, but when Dr. Selvan took an X-ray of my teeth he said that I had no cavities. I was kind of surprised because my last dentist told me that by my next visit I would have a cavity. Dr. Selvan showed me the X-ray and told me that my teeth were very healthy and in great condition. He taught me how to floss and now I floss every single day! He is such a great Dentist and has over 27 years of experience! All of my family and friends go to him and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a dentist in old bridge. By far one of the best dental offices that I have ever been to!

The worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. Refused to send the proper paperwork to my insurance company. When I called to try to resolve the issue I was screamed at by the dentist and his words "I do not do paperwork" my wife lost her job. I do not have time for this" i dont know what his wife losing her job has anything to do with me trying to resolve the problem. I couldnt get a word in to speak with the dentist he kept just screaming at me. Horrible way to treat a patient that was in pain and desperately needed the referral to see a specialist to get help. The dentist is extremely unprofessional and does not care about his patients. The first impression with the smile and nice greeting was a huge lie and I felt awful after dealing with this office.

Our experience with Dr. Selvan has been top-notch. His office staffs are professional, efficient and friendly. Appointments are convenient to set up through his website or by phone call. We have never had to wait more than 10 min. As a doctor, he has been incredibly helpful and a great listener. He takes time to explain the procedures in detail and make sure we are getting the best treatment available. We also appreciate that when he has given a referral for my daughter (Orthodontist); he has worked with and knows they will also provide a high level of care. His office is the most comfortable doctor’s office with the latest equipment’s and decorations. We highly recommend Dr. Selvan for our family and friends for all their dental needs.

Absolutely the WORST and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL office I ever had the displeasure of dealing with! I called because my insurance referred me to them and this thick accented Indian man answered the phone and before I even got a word in he says "your insurance?" So I said "Hor.." without even finishing my sentence he cuts me off and says "we dont take it." And I said "I didnt even finish the name" he said "yea yea we dont take it" and then the guy had the audacity to hang up in my face. I called back and he said "I already told you we dont take your insurance. Find someone else." Clearly this office is trash! I wouldnt recommend them to me worst enemy! Go elsewhere please!

Dr. Selvan and Caroline provide compassionate, courteous and professional care. It is always a pleasure to visit the office. Dr. Selvan answers all questions in an honest and direct manner and he stays abreast of current dental practices. When I inquired about an elective dental procedure, he explained why it wasn’t medically necessary or advantageous. It was just another example of his knowledge and integrity.
