Let me be very clear here. I am a fit guy in his 20s who rarely goes to a doctor but one fine day all of a sudden while having my breakfast I broke a chunk of one of my molars. I was ignorant initially as it wasnt hurting and just started brushing and using my Listerine more frequently (Self proclaimed medication). Then one fine morning, the sensation increased very badly and it became awful. I reached every dentist in my neighborhood but for no avail, thanks to holiday season. Luckily I got a chance for Dr. Alla Pavlushkins office and they were ready for next morning. Though it hurt for a day but I got something for next morning. Her office staff are really good and hooked me up within 20 mins. Now comes the most important part. Dr. Pavlushkin not only cleared the mess in my mouth but also showed me other susceptible areas. Unlike other doctors she was ready to explain the cause & effect of the problem (Trust me not many doctors do so). Being the year end time frame its a busy time but she is frequent with my future sittings and hoping to get my toothache and cavity issues resolved. Trust reinvigorated.

establishment were all more than easy to give a 5 star rating to. There was absolutely no wait time, I was seen immediately upon entry. The women at the front desk are kind, patient, courteous as well as down to earth! That is a rare find these days. As for Dr.Pavlushkin, I must say that she is beyond wonderful! She is knowledgeable,patient and knows what she is doing. She takes pride in her work and is very friendly as well as kind. She did exactly what I asked for [juvederm in the lips]. I am beyond pleased with what she has done and am happy to say that I will continue seeing her in the future. I will also be using her for my future dental needs. I hope this review encourages others to visit this establishment and wonderful team of women. You will be impressed!

When you drive up parking is accessible. The staff is welcoming. The Dentist shines she was very kind very down-to-earth. When I sat down in her chair she knew exactly what I wanted. When I asked for suggestions she was gracious enough to be honest considerate. Her staff made me feel very comfortable she made me feel extremely comfortable. Its now 2 weeks later and I want to post an update Im very happy with my results for lip augmentation and facial lines. I must tell you the doctor has Hands of GOLD she did not leave any bruises! Im keep her in my contacts because she is professional that I would love to consider seeing one day soon.

I am so glad to have found Dr Alla. I wanted to get my lips done and even though Ive had them done before at another doctor, I was skeptical trying a new place. Dr. Alla was a sweetheart, patient and took time to get to know what exactly was it that I was looking for. At my request, she even brought me in sooner than my appointment time because my original time was not working out for me. It has now been 3 weeks since I got my lips done and I am happy with the results. I will go back for another syringe just because I want my lips a little bigger but everybody who sees me, says that my lips look so natural. Thank you dr.alla!

I was referred to Empire Dental by a family member who has been a very satisfied patient of Dr Alla Pavlushkin for many years. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and kind words. Everyone from receptionist to hygienist to Dr Alla Pavlushkin herself, was very warm, kind, caring, patient, understanding, knowledgeable and thorough. The office and the equipment is clean, modern and appeared to be very organized. I was very pleased with my first visit and I look forward to receiving future dental care at Empire Dental.

Ive been more than pleased with Empire Dental Group and Dr Alla Pavlushkin. I needed an emergency appointment (2 in fact) due to incredible pain and Dr Alla bent over backwards to help me. Since then Ive had a root canal and wisdom tooth extraction and the work has been fantastic. Dr Alla has made sure Ive had minimal discomfort and maximum satisfaction. What a wonderful experience with a super-friendly & professional staff. At first I was hesitant to get botox from a dental office. So glad I did! DR PAVLUSHKIN AND HER STAFF ARE WONDERFUL! I WAS ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO DREADED GOING TO THE DENTIST AND WHEN I WENT DR PAVLUSHKIN PUT ME AT EASE. I NEEDED MUCH WORK DUE TO MY NEGLECT FOR ANNUAL DENTAL CARE BUT NOW THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN BECAUSE I HAVE FOUND A GREAT DENTIST . what can I say from the moment I called with a major emergency, the service was great. They took me right away and made me feel so comfortable. Jennifer was great with taking x-rays and helping me feel at ease. Dr. Alla was very informative with what needed to get done and took care or business. Im so glad I chose this place. I cant then them enough. I never write reviews but this was an emergency and they helped me so much.

As someone who absolutely dreads going to the dentist, it takes a significant concern to bring me into the office. This being said, the staff at Empire Dental was outstanding in making me feel comfortable. Not only was Dr. Pavlushkin extremely thorough with explaining procedures, she was also gentle while working. It is very clear that Dr. Pavlushkin cares about her patients and she is undoubtably a natural at what she does.

Awesome facility. They took me in very quickly and I did not have to wait long to be called. The receptionist and the dentist were both super nice and worked very efficiently to provided me with what I needed to be done for my teeth. It was very simple to schedule an appointment and the receptionist gave me a reminder few days prior to the appointment. Time consuming and the facility has a great group of people!

I have only been going to Dr. Alla Pavlushkin for a short period of time but I cannot even begin to articulate how impressed I am with the high levels of professionalism and care that I receive every visit. Dr. Pavlushkin is extremely talented and I have never left her office without a smile on my face. She is very gentle and thorough and I would definitely recommend her!
