Dr. Susan & her entire staff are absolutely incredible! Everyone is so curtious, polite, caring and just plain wonderful all around! Dr. Susan has been my Dentist for several years & I would never stray. My Father had a terrible emergency & that very same day the Dr. had my Dad come in immediately, she found that he was suffering from, what was turning into, a life threatening infection. She went way above & beyond what any other Dentist would have done. I know, in my heart, she saved my Fathers life, & I love her with all my heart. My Dad is a very vivacious, healthy 84 year old man. Dad is still under Dr. Susans care, for a few more weeks & doing wonderful. I cant thank her & her staff enough for what they have done & are still doing. Please, if you are looking for a loving, painless, incredible Dentist, I strongly urge you to visit Dr. Susan at Alternative Dental. I bet my life on her & her wonderful crew. Once Dads through, Im next. Not to mention, Dr. Susans office is spotless & Im a huge germaphobe. Thank you again for all youve done Dr. Susan, Greg & girls. I understand that in our days we have many professional doctors who knows their job and doing it as the procedures required. If you will have a chance to visit office doctor Susan Krutyansky you will have an opportunity to find the new world of personal care and understanding of your needs. I never thought that in one day I would say that I am comfortable with my teeth, that I will enjoy life with all testy food and my next appointment will be only for check up. It was a long way but did it, with no pain and big care. I would like to thanks doctor Susan Krutyansky and Her team for everything they are doing. Ive been going to Alternative Dental for over 10 years. The first 2 years of visits were fixing my previous dentists (The Butcher of Highland Park) work and getting my gums back in shape. Drs Susan and Rima take their time and do the work right the first time. 10 years of their work have held up perfectly. All the staff are professional and courteous. They are always very nice. The office is conveniently located in downtown Metuchen walking distance from the train, banks, restaurants etc.

Alternative Dental is, by far, the best dental office Ive visited. They are always polite and treat their patients like family! I have had multiple procedures with them from minor fillings to a root canal and, each time, I have been pleased with the results. You can tell that Dr. Susan takes pride in her work and the receptionists will always follow up with you the next day to see how you are feeling.

She explained all my options including all pros and cons so I could make the best decision. My most problematic tooth was fixed when it was almost at a point of no return. The root canal procedure was painless and thorough.

Dr. Krutyansky is very dedicated to her clients. She works extended hours. Always takes patients with dental emergency. The only draw back is that you may have to wait extra time, but if you ready to wait the service is exceptional. And again, you very often you can pick evening hours which rarely available at the other dentists offices.

Initial visit was helpful and informative. Deep cleaning was very thorough. Dental hygienist taught me how to floss properly by making c-shapes around the teeth. Dr. Susan was kind and helpful in providing proper dental health. Im glad to be a new patient.
