TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! Had my cat declawed, and his nails grew back on one paw! Had to bring him to another vet to have it redone as they were growing in upside down and was causing him pain. Dr. Skeels refused to admit that she screwed up. Wanted me to pay her AGAIN to redo the surgery!! I decided to go elsewhere and pay someone to do it right! My new vet said it was not done properly, as the nails are not supposed to grow back...All my other cats were declawed at another vet and they never grew back. Also. the woman Kerry who works there will harass you non-stop about bringing your pet in for check ups. If you dont make an appt with them the week they send out the reminder, she calls almost every day and she is nasty, she thinks she is Animal DYFS.

Marina ‎ - Aug 8, 2011 I have been with Montville Animal Hospital for 15 years and have nothing but good things to say about everyone there. Dr. Shelli Skeels has always treated all of my animals with a kind and gentle hand. All my animals love going there, and where always greeted with smiles, pats on the head and some great cookies. Dr. Skeels is one of the best surgeons I have come across, she has operated on most of my pets at least once and has definitely performed some wonderful miracles. If anyone is looking for a new Vet...I strongly suggest you try Dr. Shelli Skeels at Montville Animal Hospital...you will love her.

I brought my dog here once and I asked them not to run Any test,and just give me an opinion on what they think could be wrong, they injured my dog sedated her forcefully held her down and said it was the dogs fault lol they had to sedate her, charged me 500 dollars and my dog died a few days later terrible place, overpriced and told me my dogs test looked normal and they werent I would send not recommend this place and have never returned since the incident

I checked into many places before this one. This is the only Vets office that passed my personal criteria and over a dozen other offices in the area failed. Personable with great bedside manner and knowledge, really took the time out to answer my questions and make my nervous dog feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

Dr. Skiels is great with my dog, she always has a smile on her face and her staff are all very knowledgeable, I love going there and making sure my best friend is always at his best health. I have been going here for 8 years. 5 STARS !!!!!!!!!!

I take Smokey and The Bandit here and they love Dr. Skeels. Dr. Skeels always takes great care of them. I always look forward to going there because I know she genuinely cares. Her staff are kind and always very helpful.

Vet was awesome went my dog was injured. I have had no issue with them. Everyone there is very nice and understanding. Not sure the issues other people have had but i have nothing but nice things to say.

This place is not a "HOSPITAL" .. more like a money pit. They DO NOT care about your pet, only about your wallet. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.. If you take your pet to this craphole your are an idiot.
