I took my cat a few different times for the same problem!!! The Vet on staff at that time kept treating what she thought was the problem, (just a simple infection) but My cat did not get better & we finally went to a different Vet who immediately knew what was wrong with my kitty. We treated him as long as we could but he eventually died. We are so heartbroken thinking about how if we caught the Tumor in his nasal passage sooner, (maybe on the very first visit by a competent Vet) we could have saved his life & he still would be with us today. We are still very upset about this misdiagnosis! I will never ever go back to this animal hospital again.

Took our kitten in to get vaccinated and the doctor poked right through her with the needle and squirted the rabies vaccine out onto her fur without noticing. When the assistant mentioned it to him, he wasnt apologetic and just grabbed another dose and shot her again. We were also disappointed overall at the brusque and fairly negative attitude of the veterinary assistant and doctor.
