Beware of Dr G and this animal hospital. We adopted a cat who had been rescued by this vet. Her papers said she had been spayed and given her shots & was almost 2. After having her home for a week, she was showing signs of not feeling well. Her sutures from being sewed up from her spay were so bad that she had bulges and huge lumps popping out. It looked like she had been sewed up by a blind person. After looking through the many malpractice claims on this vet on Google we decided to take her to a higher regarded one closer to our home & not back to Dr G as the shelter recommended. Thank God we did because the treatment Dr G did on this cat would have left her dead. After not being able to feel her kidney, an ultra sound and X-ray later it was found that my cat was not spayed at all-despite the signed paper from Dr G stating she was, AND had an infected uterus from his poor treatment. She was also not even close to being 2, our vet said 1 year maximum. When my vet called to ask questions about the cats previous surgery, the staff was rude and unhelpful and unwilling to share her surgery papers-even lying and saying they didnt exist. We were brushed off and told that a "scope" had been done to see if she had been spayed, they thought she was and they sewed her back up (badly). This was done so badly that she got a pyometra infection which needed emergency surgery. Had we taken her back to this vet or waited another few days she would be dead. In addition the cat needed additional treatments for fleas, and a bad ear infection which were all missed by this Dr. We have spent almost 3k in over two months on our cat to save her life due to the horrible treatment she received here. Please avoid this vet at all costs and look online to see the many other poor animals who have suffered due to this place. It is a great thing to help rescue animals but not if they receive this kind of abuse and cruel medical treatment in the process.

They charged me 3 TIMES the amount of money I was quoted for a procedure and then called me stupid for not knowing THEIR extra fees. The entire staff and the owner is UNETHICAL, RUDE, and UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!!!!

They have provided gentle, respectful care for my two rescue kittens -- shots, parasite and flea control, and neutering with the help of a muffins certificate. My cats even like going there!
