Dr. Frank Battiato is the best vet in Brooklyn. Its obvious that he and his office staff love animals. Our 15 year old cat, Herb had cancer in his back leg and Dr. Battiato took excellent care of him. If you are an animal lover, you know a pet becomes part of your family and when it becomes ill, it is stressful on the owner. Herb was in pretty bad shape but Dr. Battiato remained positive and was confident that he could help him. As soon as Herb was in Dr. Battiatos care, I relaxed because I knew that Dr. Battiato would do all he could for my cat. Four hours after surgery, Herb was running around and even climbed up a chair. Were grateful to Dr. Battiato and his staff.

Dr. Frank Battiato has been the Vet for my Bichons since about 1998 -1999, and more recently also for a rescue Maltese, and I would highly recommend him and his partners. Also his support staff ... would name them, but fear I could unintentionally leave one out ... is top drawer. They fuss over my fur balls, who love the attention they get. So, if you are looking for a Vet for your beloved companion(s), this is the place for you.

Had a great experience at St. Franciss. It was easy to set up an appointment over the phone and the nurses, Joanna and Leslie, were so helpful in addition to Dr. Steven. I have also received multiple call backs from the receptionist to ensure that everything was going okay. This was my first time and I certainly will be returning in a year for my dogs next annual checkup!

Every time I took my Boxer Buddy I was treated wonderfully. Buddy didnt even mind going. On our last visit when I had to put Buddy to sleep the doc Steven Brigante was wonderful, compassionate and let me say good-bye in my own time. If I ever give my heart to another dog St, Francis will continue to be my vet. All the docs , assistants and receptionists were wonderful.

We have used St. Francis for all our pets since moving to Bay RIdge 13 years age. They gave compassionate care to our Sonia, a Lhasa/terrier mix, who finally had to be put to sleep at over 18 years old. They currently care for our little Yorkie, Skippy, (pictured below) and make sure he is always in good shape. The Vets and the staff are top notch.

Very over priced I pay $600 + just for blood work and a sono for my dog which had a weight drop, results came back as if my dog had nothing and they kept calling and insisting I leave my dog for over night testing charging additional 4-500, my dog gladly recuperated and is ok! Im just mad for over paying for some simple blood work and a sono

I cant complain, they take good care of Pomty and they are interested about any other questions that I ask. I feel like they know how much my dog is important for me. its a good office, the staff is nice and the Vets are really good. I wish you guys the best always!

They ripped me off by charging me almost $500 for blood work on a senior cat. Most other places charge 160-180.
