This office is very unprofessional from the switch board to the staff. My mother is a diabetic and they gave her a 30 day prescription and set her appointment almost 2 months out. Her medicine ran out and called over 4 times and also had the pharmacy call and you guessed it nothing was ever called in. the nurse practitioner Donna Odom was suppose to have my mom referred to a special doctor and that was never done 2 months later. I had to call this office and go to another personality to get this done. Spoke to Tankka B that was unprofessional and I advised her that when a patient calls in it is not for a social call they are suppose to care. I further recommended that Dr. Sanders needs to get back to the basics with the switch board, her staff and her nurse practitioner and have professional training as well a math class. If my mother came into your office in February and you set her next appointment in May then that is more than her 30 day prescription. Please review this and pick another doctor before you too find yourself pulling your hair out. I will be checking into a different doctor office.

After loosing Dr. Murray at Eagle Corporate Medicine, I have searched for 5 or 6 years for a doctor who: 1. Not only can handle but invites questions 2. Cares about researching questions regarding my health rather than dismissing me if they dont have a quick answer 3. Looks at me rather than speaking into a tape recorder 4. Touches me 5. Welcomes being part of my healing team with alternative healers 6. Knows the latest research 7. Has knowledge of vitamins and herbs 8. Is a human being 9. Brings spirit and joy to our meetings 10. Is a loving soul. I finally found this person in Dr. Shelton. She is not only a doctor, but a healer who is not using her acceptance of alternative healing to gouge the patient with high fees as some Triad doctors are. The staff were all happy, polite, professional, upbeat with good humor. At last! Thank you TIMA, its about time!

i have been visiting this office for several years. Today i experienced pure incompetence. First the nurse ask me was i there to take a b12 shot and then told me she did not have the shot. I was asked to take the shot for 4 weeks. why would u make an appointment if u dont order the things you need.. Then the lady at the checkout was also rude. i asked her for a card she snapped at me just for asking gave me a printout . Said she didnt have anything to do with what had just happened to me. you nnd to give your front desk Training on how to talk to customers we all have bad days. Next time call me if u dont have what i need.

I was charged a copay. The doctor said he would call me to discuss my symptoms and a plan. He never called and I am still in pain.
