This is the WORST doctors office EVER!!!! I seen Dr. Arvind for YEARS! The staff there are rude and INCOMPETENT!!!! I had medication mailed there monthly. They would NEVER call me to let me know when it came in. When I would need it I would call to see if it was there and they ALWAYS said they did not have anything for me. So I would have to call the company who mailed it and get the information as to who signed for it. Then I would call back (keep in mind i would call back within a matter of minutes) and they would mysteriously find it!!! On one occasion I was told "we must have given it to someone else". (AND WE ARE TALKING ABOUT INSULIN!!!!) And this would happen EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!!! I eventually ended up having to go to another doctor!!! Not to mention......EVERY TIME I would request a refill it would take them DAYS to respond. One time it took them EIGHT days to refill a medication. AND without taking this type of medication I would have TERRIBLE withdrawals!! (and they knew that!) And they would always tell me they would return my call and never would. Also you can NEVER speak to a nurse, you have to leave a voicemail. Sometimes you would get a return call and sometimes you would not. But the times they actually DID call you back it would be AT LEAST 48 hours. I would not recommend this doctors office to ANYONE!!!! ESPECIALLY a person who takes medication on a daily basis that requires refills often. This is the worst doctors office I have EVER seen!! I will NEVER spend another penny with these people. I have always been a self pay patient. Now I have wonderful health insurance through my employer and I plan on finding a doctor who DESERVES my insurance companies money as well as mine!! GOOD WRITTENS BETHANY MEDICAL CENTER!!!!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE MISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....................received response from owner below. It has been over 2 weeks and no call. I guess senior management is the same as the other staff!!!! Unbelievable!! Today was my second visit. Here is a detailed review of both visits. My first visit was several months ago due to a sore throat. I have been battling with a sore throat off and on for almost 4 years. My previous doctors had tested for strep and mono, both results were negative but they would prescribe pedinosone for the swelling and Vicodin for the pain. This sore throat had been occurring for almost 4 years. My regular doctor was not able to see me so I went to Bethany. Once there the check in was fast and painless. I saw Doctor Miller, who was very concerned about the duration and the reoccurances of sore throat. After several questions he told me that he believed it was allergy related, his nurse Cynthia gave me a shot and I was free to go. I assumed Dr Miller was crazy because Ive never been allergic to anything. The sore throat would normally take about 2 weeks to get better. It was feeling better that night! Im still amazed at how my regular doctors missed this for so many years. My second visit today was for some cold and flu like symptoms. Once again the check in was fast and friendly. I requested Miller by name and was able to see him. Mr Miller was friendly and courteous and seemed genuinely concerned with my health. Cynthia was once again tasked with giving me a shot, which Im petrified of. I didnt really feel the shot today so that was great! In conclusion, I have been to Bethany medical center twice and have seen Dr Miller and Cynthia both times. I had a good experience both times and even more important my health has greatly improved. Thank you Dr Miller and Cynthia for your outstanding medical service. We were also able to pinpoint the allergy and remove it from my diet. No sore throat for over 2 months now. Thats a new record! Im excited and as you imagine this has completely changed my life style and added much value to it.

Questionable business practices. I was told by their billing department that an upcoming CT scan was not covered under my insurance and that I would have to pay $670 out-of-pocket. After the procedure was completed I received a letter from my insurance that the services had to be reviewed first. This did not mean that it was denied or that they wouldn’t necessarily cover it. The insurance quickly reviewed the procedure and paid it %100. Now I’m fighting with Bethany over my refund. I called them 6/26/2017 and asked about it. They stated simply that I had a credit on my account and had no intentions of taking any actions other than leaving it as a credit. After asking for a refund they finally agreed. Now, it has been over two weeks later and still no refund, so I called them again today and they told me that nothing had been done to issue the refund, but would start the process now. They then told me that it could take up to eight (8) weeks to complete. I believe that they are trying to draw interest on my money for as long as they can. They just lost a long time patient. *Update 8/15/2017 - Still no refund and my wife went to the clinic yesterday and found out she also had a $100+ credit. She has not been a patient with them for a couple of years now. They were just going to sit on her money. Shameful!

First time I took my son to see Bethany and he saw Dr. Gaither said he had strep but his test came back negative. Attempted to treat him for strep anyway! The next day his throat had almost closed completely up and I took him back. He saw another doctor whom did another strep test and it to was nevgative. I finally asked them to check him for mono thanks to Dr. Vernon and it was positive. I myself had to see Dr. Gaither October 31 due to stomach pains. He was taking walk ins and I was not happy but felt like crap. He did a urine test and put me on a strong antibiotic which made me sick but I stuck with it waiting to get my results which never happened until I called today. My test was negative. Was still in a lot of pain and had an appointment with my cancer doctor who did a CT Scan and found out that I have a Mass on the right side of my stomach causing me to think my bladder was hurting. I just can not believe that no one called to give me my results and tell me to stop taking the antibiotic and bladder infection medication. Getting ready for surgery now! Now really happy with some of the doctors at Bethany!

From day one, I have been pleased with all the aspects of Bethany Medical Center. The staff is very friendly and the physician I see ( Dr. Vamsee Paruchuri), has always been kind and caring. Hospitals have told me that he has probably saved my life on two different occasions. I first saw him as a walk in patient, but he quickly became my Primary Care Physician; at my request. I also see Dr. Anthony Wheeler in the pain management clinic. He too, is kind and caring....always, like Dr. Paruchuri, making certain that all my needs are met.
