Most professional medical practice/facility Ive been to. The staff are remarkable and efficient. I had to get my first physical (blood work and specimen) since moving from Raleigh, and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. I did this over my lunch break and actually had time to take a lunch. Left a voicemail for records to have some information faxed, done within 30 minutes. Insurance company was giving me crap once and asking questions they knew I didnt have the authority to sign off on. Told them to call guilford medical associates and figure it out. Within the hour, I was called and told it was all taken care of. This place is awesome.

I saw favorable google reviews. Called as a new patient, was helped by a very friendly new patient intake coordinator. Gave SSN, birthdate told I would be seeing Dr. Tisovec. I was called back the next day with no reason given and told to find another practice. I didnt even know that was something that happens.

Ive been bringing my Grandmother to this facility for about 6 years now, and i must say that most of the staff here have no clue what they are doing. I just wish they would get a little more organised. The front end receptionist should take a customer service training on how to talk to the customers/clients.

Large busy practice with very personable and attentive staff. Wait times are reasonable. Extremely professional medical staff and most importantly, very smart and responsive physicians.
