views Melissa Ward Melissa Ward in the last week Dr. Dalldorf is AMAZING!!!! After getting the worst service ever from another office I was referred to him by my doctor which says a lot .... Everyone in the office was great very friendly and helpful... I was having pain in my knee since August the other doctor told me it would get better and didnt do anything... I went.to Dr. Dalldorf within 2 days I was scheduled for an MRI and 4 days after went in for.my results... It showed a torn and detached meniscus... Due to it being Christmas time I was scheduled for surgery the 2nd week in January... They worked with me when paying my co pay... He was so great the day of surgery great beside manor... His PA was just as awesome... I had the surgery done and was home by 10:30 in the morning and I got a personal call from Dr Dalldorf that afternoon to make sure I was doing good... which I thought was great since most of the time its the office that calls... I was up walking around the same day and back to work 6 days after surgery... I really cant say enough great things about Dr. Dalldorf or his staff... He is not just a great surgeon he actually cares about his patients!!! Definitely would recommend him and Guilford Sports!!

I have been going to Guilford for 8 years now for back , shoulder, hand and knee troubles from arthritis. I have always received the best of care with the best of Drs and Nurses. They are informative in a way you can understand, they take the time to make sure you understand and care about you as a person not just another patient. I have seen most of the Drs there at one time or another and Dr Dumonski did my back surgery in 2003 and Ive seen him for neck injury after a fall. . Dr Rowan has taken care of me for my knees since 2008 , which at some point will need to be replaced but in the mean time I have been getting Supartz injections which have helped to delay surgery for now. He has also taken care of my shoulders for arthritic pain and my collar bone. The staff there is always helpful and caring. I highly recommend this practice to anyone with any orthopedic problems. They also have a physical therapy department that works closely with the Drs so you get the proper care you need to relieve your pain or rehab after any surgery.

STAY AWAY!!! I initially thought these guys were the best in the world, because they have some good customer service reps, especially Matt. But after being juggled back and forth between the "racketeering type rehab and doctor setup, being treated like a number, having people yell at me, and not being given any meds to help with surgical pain, I would not recommend these people to anyone. I wish I would have dealt with the pain, its worse now than ever and I have less mobility! Plus now that I am cured from surgery, I am only able to use ibuprofen. Hopefully my kidneys hold out, thanks for the same outcome I would have had if I would have just taken it easy!

My mother recommend this practice, and although they have a wonderful staff, Im very disappointed in the service I received. I had a shoulder injury that had been causing me extreme pain for weeks, to a point where I couldnt sleep. I decided to seek help through the practice my mom recommended. Its mom, so how can I go wrong? Well, needless to say, after a very expensive visit($825), and I dont have insurance by the way. I was given a prescription that made me sick, and Im still in pain! Im not a satisfied patient, to say the least!!! I would not recommend this practice....sorry mom!

I had these guys look at my broken elbow after an accident a while back, after 15 minutes of examining the x rays the hospital took, and looking though several "orthopedics for dummies" books, they said they didnt know what to do about it and recommended i see a different doctor. then they charged me $873, to which i paid 50 and came back to try and pay a more reasonable amount, to which they refused. Its now on my credit report where it will stay out of principle. People like these are the problem with american medicine, they want money for nothing. truly pathetic.

Dr McKinley took the time to call and personally apologize for my experience - much appreciated. Perviously: I had a scheduled appointment which I traveled an hour after getting off work but was not able to be seen because I questioned the reason they wanted to Again charge my insurance full rate for the initial adjustment to my orthotics (insoles). I was told a room was not available and call back to reschedule. I then requested the insoles back bc I paid out of pocket. The receptionist wanted to reschedule me then, no thanks.

I have had a total of 3 surgeries, 2 with Dr. Dalldorf (knee), 1 with Dr. Chandler (shoulder). I have been a patient for several years and very pleased with the services. The wait time is a little long, especially if you go in the afternoon. I have been back for treatment for back, wrist and foot pain. Physical Therapist are good as well. Dr. McKinley treated my husbands gout. My son was treated by Dr. Graves for a broken clavical.

I tried to call the physical therapy dept at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning September 29 to verify the time for my husbands appointment which was scheduled by the workers comp nurse for Thursday, October 1. Got the run-around on the "dont call me" phone menu, and could not reach an operator to answer one simple question, i.e., what time is his appointment!! Talk about poor customer service, unbelievable.

God for bid anything happen to your hand, foot, hip or knee and not have insurance. You might as well have leopardcy because they are going to charge you out the wahzoo before they even see you. When is the medical world going to start treating people like human beings and not like an ATM. Money isnt everything. I would not let guilford orthopedics look at my dogs paw, let alone my broken finger.

Saw Dr. Dalldorf for what turned out to be strained ligaments in my foot. He and his assistant were kind, professional, and very thorough. The office staff is very professional, and have helped me with any questions I have had, whether they be about appointments, therapy, payments, etc. I would highly recommend this practice.

Doctorr donte know what the heck they are doing. Mine (Dr. Dalldorf) sent me to the ER to talk to a pharmacist. That joke cost me $1200. This "dr" couldnt prescribe or explain the risk of the medicine (xeralto) so he sent me to the ER. No to a Pharmacy, no to another doctor. To ER.

This place should be closed down. They are terrible with scheduling and making appointments here, do yourself a favor and FIND SOME PLACE ELSE!
