My neighbor recommended Dr. P. I was very wary of trying another vet. here in Wilmington. Why? My jack had become very ill a year ago. I carried him in a cold pouring rain to his regular vet. (after three years) around lunch time. I entered into the office with him covered in a blanket, only to be told to take him to the ER Vet, "that they were in a office meeting". Thus, me having to go back home 200 miles to our family vet. It was only an ear infection they informed me and my aunt. This go around, I found Dr. P and the staff members to be so friendly, professional and very caring. I informed them I was on a fixed income, afraid of what the bill would be. They did their best to keep the charges down.. This was our first time visit and we were treated as though we had been with them for years!!!! Kudos to one of the best Veterinarian and Staff in Wilmington NC. (:

Very unprofessional vet. My puppy was taken for a stool sample while in the waiting room and was given back to me with stool all over her, which got all over my shirt. Then the receptionist said it was just gel.... must have been brown gel. Was in the waiting room for over an hour. Not impressed.

The atmosphere is professional but caring. I never feel like Im overcharged like most vets and they dont push anything on you! Ive been to several vets Surf City, Scotts Hill, Wrightsville Beach and all have been terrible! So glad to have found the perfect vet!
