I cant say enough wonderful things about Care First in Morrisville. My yorkie became extremely sick on a Sunday night and they saw us within 15 minutes of our phone call on Monday morning. Dr. Sumakeris saved his life. She went far and beyond any experience I have ever had with a veterinarian. As another reviewer said I would follow her to the ends of the earth. My dog stayed at Care First for 3 days, the entire staff was wonderful. I could call at any time and immediately would get an update on his condition, I was so impressed how each and every staff member knew him by name. I was under the impression that he was often being held and loved on by the staff. It would be a miracle if I could find a doctor for my family that treated us half as well as Care First treated our dog. I would also like to add that I take more of a holistic approach to medicine and in previous visits with Dr. Strunck he was more than willing to listen to me and work with me and my alternative ideas.

I take all five on my cats and my classroom bunny to see Dr. Sumakaris. I would follow this vet to the ends of the earth! She is an excellent vet and a wonderful human being. She really cares about the animals and their owners. Dr. Sumakaris takes her time with each patient and doesnt rush out of the room as some of the other vets at different clinics do. When she does not know the answer to a question, she is honest and tells you that but then she will call another vet and consult with them. When I had to put one of my cats to sleep, she was so gentle and she understood my grief. You will not find a more caring and wonderful doctor! The office staff is very friendly too and very helpful. I have also had a very positive experience when consulting with Dr. Strunk. If you want an excellent vet - come see Dr. Sumakaris. You will not be disappointed!!

CareFirst is a wonderful animal hospital. We have been going there since the facility opened in Morrisville. Dr. Jennifer is very kind to all of my animals and takes a lot of time with them so they do not feel stressed. About six months ago my cat, "The Pooze", decided she did not like the new rabies tag on her collar. She subsequently decided the best approach to ridding herself of the tag was to scratch it off, which unfortunately created wounds on her neck. I noticed this about 9 PM on a Friday night and immediately called for help. Within two minutes, Dr. Jennifer responded. We were able to speak on the phone and trade email pictures so she could determine the severity and tell me what to do. She also offered to come in and open up the office if we felt the need. I love CareFirst!

I have been taking my dog here for 2 years because they are great. I called the Grace Park first thing in the am a few weeks ago because my little dog Louie was not doing well. They were very pleasant and concerned on the phone and I got my dog scheduled with an appointment that morning. When I got there, I was greeted right away by the staff and they brought my dog in to the exam room within minutes. The did some tests and then Louie was seen by Dr. Erik Strunck, who is very friendly and caring to my dog. He explained everything to me very well and he provided treatment to the dog in the office and prescribed some medications to take home. They called the following day to see how he was doing. I highly recommend them for the excellent quality of care provided.

We have been taking our dog to Grace Park for most of her 9 years. Needless to say we are extremely pleased with their staff and the veterinarians. Whether it is dealing with routine issues (checkups) or lifelong problems (skin allergies) or surgeries the staff at Grace Park is extremely thorough. You never feel rushed during your appointments. The staff patiently fields our never ending questions until we are satisfied. And even then they call at home with a follow-up! They are aware of and sensitive to the high cost of canine care. Grace Park has gone above and beyond and helped us find cost effective alternatives for prescription medication. We know our dog is in good hands in the care of Grace Park Animal Hospital.

We found CareFirst after having bad experiences with several other veterinarians when we moved to this area in 2009. We absolutely loved CareFirst from the very first visit. I am a difficult "parent" with older dogs and CareFirst got high marks from me, not only for veterinary services, but for boarding and day care as well. They are all kind, caring, and compassionate. They know that our "girls" are our family, and they treat them that way. I truly love this animal hospital and all of their staff, and actually ended up going to work for them as a part-time groomer. Seeing them from the "inside" actually intensified my admiration of Dr. Strunck, Dr. Sumakeris and all of their associates.

I took my dog to get her shots on a busy Saturday morning. I was worried about my dog sitting in the waiting room since she can be protective of my family. But even though it was busy, the patients were moving through the office quickly and we were seen within 10 minutes. Also I have two small children, who are very happy to play with the Thomas train table they have set up in the corner. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making recommendations without trying to "sell us" anything extra. The doctor even found a crack in my dogs tooth and showed me where the pulp was exposed - very thorough exam! I will be going back to get my dogs tooth fixed. Very pleased.

LOVE this vet. All the staff and doctors are very compassionate and provide great care. Dr. Strunck has been caring for our two dogs for years and we have followed him from Raleigh to this practice in Morrisville. I dont mind driving the extra distance because they always take special care with our dogs. One of my dogs, Remo, is dog aggressive, and they always make sure the waiting room is clear before and after the appointment and get us right into a room so I dont have to worry about and mishaps. I have been turned away from the vet clinic in Garner because they just didnt want to take the extra time with him. Dont hesitate to take your pets here.

We have been going to Grace Park Animal Hospital since we first moved to the area. We have an older big dog and when we added a maltipoo puppy to our family she proved to be a bit of a handful and got herself into trouble when she ate a fabric toy. She needed serious surgery and Dr. Traficanti saved her life. It was definitely a scary time for us. There have been a lot of visits and a lot of phone calls and every single time, the entire staff and all of the doctors have been so wonderful and helpful. The best tip I have to share is when they ask you if youd like to sign up for the puppy plan...do it. It has saved us so much money!
