Contrary to Jes, I found the staff very helpul, kind and knowlegeable. My Field Champion Labrador & I had traveled from California 12/30/2011 for the specialized reproductive services Dr Elam provides. He & staff came into the office on New Years day to accomplish breeding our Phanny to the 2011 National Amateur Field Champion Labrador Grady. We look forward to having a nice litter of black & yellow future Champion Labrador Retrievers around mid March.

I was thrilled with the service, level of expertise and quality of care. Dr. Elam and his staff stayed late for me (a new client) to assist me with a reproductive procedure with my male ASD. I couldnt have been more pleased with them across the board.

Dr. Elam and his staff have met me after hours or stayed late in order to meet my dogs needs on numerous occasions, they have even called the entire staff in on week ends. They are like family to me and my dogs, and that is cherished.
