Dr. Veitch and his staff have been wonderful! Since he knew our finances have been tight he has been helping us manage our cats urinary blockage on an out patient basis. They were kind enough to give us a same day appt. and even though we were 15 minutes late for our appt. (we mistakenly went to the wrong vet, causing us to be late. We called to let them know we were running late) and he still saw us. Not only was he concerned about our little guys blockage, but gave us something to manage the pain as well. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Weve definitely found our vet! We highly recommend him!

Loved the hospitality and how clean the place was. Service was excellent and the staff/doctors were very accommodating and hospitable however, I feel like they overcharged us with Oreos vaccinations. The Distemper shot had a three in one in it and they charged us 3 times. What foolishness is that??? Plus, the nurse had said that we would be charged only once because it was only one shot but when we got to the front they charged us three times because the vaccination prevented Distemper and 2 other diseases. I believe this needs to change because Im my opinion, thats overcharging and unreasonable.

Very easy to work with. I really like how they attend to your pets needs. I believe the DRs to be up front and truthful with their diagnoses. On most office visits the Vet will administer any shots right in front of you. The medication and special foods are very competitive in cost. I appreciate this group very much, and trust them completely with my pets care.

We boarded our dog (who has many special needs) at Swift Creek Pet Resort for a week recently. They were amazing. I was able to call and check on him, and he was in great condition when I picked him up. The staff were very friendly and the accommodations were perfect. We will be using them again for our boarding needs!

Been going to Swift Creek since 1986. They have cared for our kittens and puppies, administered euthanasia- and everything in between including vaccines, injuries, poison ingestion, allergy issues etc etc. I use their boarding facilities and my dog loves going there. Great service, great staff, convenient hours.

Getting records of past visits is a headache. We never receive any email reminders so its up to us to schedule visits.
