spies on employees, has intercom to listen to employees conversations, no xray machine?? , 4-5 employees quit within the last month? its obviously not a good practice if so many people leave a work field in that short amount of time. the owners question their employees and are very distrusting. employees having trouble getting paid. an owner of a practice should trust employees, it shows that house paws is unstable. also, there was an ad in the paper, misspelled the state "Pennsylvania" and misspelled "license", looks very unprofessional. a 3rd grader can spell those words. I also advise, do not open a new practice if you cannot maintain a stable financial situation. accusing employees of false accusations when they leave, because owners get irate because they lost quite a few members of their practice. I advise House Paws to quit being a mickey mouse practice and step it up, and trust your employees, and if you promise additives to make your practice better in the long run, stick to your promise. :) also, your blue rug in front of the door is too bright tone down the cyan a tad bit thank you.

We were referred to the practice by Merck when I was searching for a particular brand of vaccine for my new pup who had a reaction and the former Vet office did not believe me and were not willing to offer an alternative, so that other clinic lost our business for 3 dogs. Dr. Knode has been straight up with us from Day 1, works with us and trusts our judgement as responsible owners and I also respect her being direct and honest with us. Their office has been very professional in all forms of communication and follow up. Dr. Knode helped us to keep our extremely acute pancreatic dog out of the local ERs (which I feel have dropped in quality over the past few years), so for her to work so close with us and trust we were making the right daily assessment and treatment for our dog was paramount. Our new puppy, and our 2 seniors, are very relaxed in their offices and we look forward to many years of a relationship with House Paws to keep our 3 "kids" healthy and happy.

Dr. Knode and staff are wonderful! We met them by way of emergency and they were most compassionate with assisting us saying goodbye to our 14 year old dog and family member! Today we brought our kitten in, and for our 2nd time meeting they are consistent! Loving, compassionate and truly care about your animal whether first or last time meeting. I highly suggest this practice, they are wonderful
