I had never been to Elm Ridge before today. Our little baby rat got caught up in her wheel with the others still running and broke her back.I called multiple so called vets to be told they wouldnt even see her...they dont deal with rodents. No compassion, uncaring that she was probably in pain and they could help her suffering end. Running from vet to vet in tears I was directed to Elm Ridge. They took us immediately, without appointment. They took her with care and ended her suffering. They understood all life has value, no matter how small, and we valued her as our pet. As I readied to go, I was given a tiny clay mold with her pawprints pressed in it.

LOVE THEM...I have had pets( and vets) all my life and have never been happier with a vet than with Dr Butera...she is wonderful..truly a caring person who takes EVERY case very seriously..she is so kind...we love her and her staff...we r blessed to have them...we will never go anywhere else
