My dog was over weight which I had asked the vet for help on that issue which started when she had a histarectomy for a major infection which the vet treated. My dog now was having trouble breathing, not eating, and moving around slowly. The vet took 1 xray and told me she had a lung infection. They said the xray was blurry because of the lung being infected. Well for 3 weeks treated with different antibiotics and condition got worse. I took my dog to another vet who asked for records and xray from Park Plaza. They took another xray from different view only to find out my dog breathing issues was due to fluids on heart and lungs not an infection. They removed 2/3 of a liter of fluids from her which made it easier for her to breath but the heart now was damaged badly. MY DOG DIED IN MY ARMS WEAK AND LOOKING UP AT ME FOR HELP, SHE WAS ONLY 8 YRS OLD! I AM DISABLED AND THAT DOG WAS ALWAYS WITH ME FOR THE PAST 5 PLUS YEARS. I AM LOST WITHOUT HER!!!! You put your faith into vets like doctors and hope they treat your pet properly for the right thing.

We have been using them for years 8+ yrs. I have never had a bad experience. They are trustworthy, love my pets like their own. From Dr. Julie to Dr. Blogden, to Danielle and of course Amanda. All I have to do is look at Mika (our 120 lb. Lab) and say you wanna go see Amanda and he immediately starts going in circles and gets all excited. We trust them with our babies, they have seen us thru everything from accidents to births and deaths of our pets. They have laughed and cried with us thru it all. Dr. Julie sat with us when we had to put our beloved dog Meeka down due to liver cancer, she sat there and cried right along with us. She loved her and felt our pain of loss with us. To me, that is who I want taking care of our family members. I cant say enough about how absolutely wonderful they all are.

Took my guinea pig in to get its teeth shaved. They it was ok to let it grow. Couple days later its teeth were out of control and brought him in just before close. He was in a carrier and they took him into the back. Little while later brought the carrier out. When I took him home he wouldnt come out of the carrier. When I looked inside his feet were flailing and his head hung limp on the ground. I called them back but they not answering. He died later that night on the way to an ER vet. When I called in the morning they blamed me for it. I can only assume someone there dropped him and broke his neck/ back.

We have been taking our pets there for 20+ years, with Dr. Julie before she even owned the practice, and have always trusted them with our babies. They are kind and caring, and very compassionate when you have to make the "hard" decisions. When our Jack Russell Molly had to be put to sleep after years of being blind and then going into renal failure due to her SARDS disease, they were so awesome in helping us say goodbye to our baby. Everyone there is a true animal lover and treats their "patients" like their own. I wouldnt trust anyone else with our four-legged family members!

I used to think they were great, but last time I changed my mind. My dog is very skiddish of strangers and I was comforting my dog and the Vet said "THIS IS NOT GOING TO WORK" and took my dog into their lab area. I have no idea what services were done. But they sure made sure they charged me plenty. I want to be able to see that my dog is getting treated properly and receiving the services Im paying for.

Beware of expectations they set regarding the care of your pets. They told us one thing and then something else in order to create addtional fees on our bill. When we expressed our concerns to the Doctor, her focus quickly became billing vs. the care of our pet. Many other better alternatives in area.

They are great, by far the best vet I have been to. They are very affortable and they take great care of your pets. The people explain everything to you step by step and call with updates when your pet is there for surgery.
