These people are TERRIBLE I JUST HAD SUCH A OUT OF THIS WORLD EXPERIENCE ME AN MY HUSBEND AN DAUGHTER TOOK OUR PUPPY HERE BECAUSE SHE WAS ATTACKED BY A BIGGER DOG AN LONG STORY SHORT WE JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW MUCH TREATMENT WOULD BE AN THATS ALL MY HUSBAND WANTED TO KNOW AT ONE POINT BECAUSE HE WANTED THE PEOPLE TO PAY FOR IT THAT WAS GENERALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INJURIES AN DOC BO goes to insult us by sayING if u cant take care of the DOG TAKE HER TO THE SPCA SO OK WE SAY NOTHING MY HUSBAND THEN STAND UP AN SAY CAN WE JUST PAY OUR BILL AN GO DR BO GOSE AN SLAMES THE DOOR AS MY HUSBAND OPENS IT AN YELLED SIT DOWN AT THIS POINT IM APPALLED I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING SO MY HUDBEND SAYS WE JUST WANT TO PAY OUR BILL AN GO DOC BO FINALLY LETS OFF THE DOOR AN WE GO AROUND TO THE FRONT DESK AN PAY AN IM NOT GOING TO LIE I WAS SO UPSET I COULDNT BELIEVE THIS.. THEN THEY SAY CALL THE POLICE WOW CALL THEM FOR WHAT SO I DEFINITELY WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO TAKE THE LITTLE ANIMALS THERE EVER TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE

I found a stray cat last night. I called several places to bring the cat in and this place had an opening for me. I asked her how much it would be to see the cat and she said $48. I asked her for honest advice as far as where the best and cheapest place to take a stray cat in need and she said "Here of course". I was skeptical to bring the cat there since I felt she answered that question in the best interest of her clinic rather than the best interest in the cat and myself but I was desperate. I brought the cat in and they were prompt, kind, and waived a fee off my bill and gave me a free dose of flee meds. They even gave me a soda while I waited. I appreciated all their help and hope they can offer the same kindness to me and everyone else that returns.

After yanking our dogs from Colerain Animal Clinic, the WORST place I have ever been where they just really DONT care about you or your pet, I found TAAH. Pricey, but they care and the animal comes first. I feel VERY safe with my dogs there and is the only place I would ever comfortably recommend to anyone. Colleen and the Docs are awesome!!

I just visited Dr. Bo for the first time. Hes the vet Ive been looking for since my favorite retired 15 years ago! Professional, calm, empathic, understanding. I will definitely be back with Buster. Its sad that he is not the norm, if you have a bad a experience at another vet-give Dr. Bo a visit. I wish I had earlier this year . . .

We have had a great experience at TAAH. Office is clean, staff is friendly, and they are great with our dog. Dr. Teuschler is very kind and great with our dog. He is usually pretty skittish, and she takes extra time to make sure that he has a good experience. She is also great about answering questions. So happy we found her!

Only switched to this vet because of my boyfriend. The staff is very nice and its very clean, but its ridiculously expensive. I just have a hard time trusting if they are really doing whats in the best interest of my pet or just trying to make more money. Ill be changing vets after this last visit..

I have been taking my cats here for a very long time , I find the staff very caring and helpful , they have the animals health and well being first and foremost .Yes they are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and I have always been very satisfied with the way my cats have been treated .
