I love North Main Animal Clinic on North Main ST. The staff is awesome they really care about our furbaby family. I love Dr. Weisberger.. She is the best Vet around.. she listens to your concerns, is empathic to things we might have going on, treats your pet with love and respect for you., and gives you the best advise she can.. I also love Amanda the receptionist who has so much love, care and passionate towards our furbabies... Andre is also great and caring. Then theres Barb thats been there forever just almost as long as Ive been going to North Main Animal Clinic 30 years lol... She is so awesome, caring, loving and empathic to any problems we would have.. So if you want a good Vet and staff go to North Main Animal Clinic.. I take my 3 dogs there and my previous dogs for 30 years.

We had our cat of 17 years put to sleep. As horrible as that was when I looked at the bill later and they charged me an exam fee as well. Total was 150.00 Not that its about the money, but i was nickle and dimed. Because my cat has not been there for 3 years but has been several times before, they charged an exam fee. She was quickly looked over I would not call that an exam. I would have thought that was concern for my pet. All you had to do was look at her she was ready. That should have been a judgement call if she would have needed an exam because I did not schedule one. Shes 17 yrs old and sick. If thats how they will charge they need to make you aware of that prior. My opinion I know, just do not appreciate being taken advantage of in a horrible decision that had to be made. I will not be going back.

I took my very sick cat who had cancer into there and having paid over 1,000 dollars I was told by the vet that she would call later that night to see how she was doing, I never got the call. Finally I got the call the next day. I realize that it was not that important in a terminal illness like she had, but, it goes to show that they don really care about the animals they treat and it would have made me feel a little better. They have no compassion and are the most expensive vet I have seen. Would never take another animal there ever again. Avoid like the plague!

The staff at Clayton are exemplary! They are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I was sure they would ask me to come back the next day for a laser treatment because they were closed by the time my dogs exam was finished But, apparently the animals come first. They stayed to give my little guy the treatment he needed even though it was after hours on a Friday night! You ladies are the best!!!

Never been before, but I called frantic before closing on a Friday and they got us an appointment for my dog first thing Sat morning. My dog is not good with strangers, but they were extra friendly with her and were very gentle. We were in and out quickly and my dog is doing great! Also, the office did not reek of animals, which was a plus! (Shes a Pitt bull need)

We have taken our dogs and cats here for several years. Our pets have always received wonderful care. They were always treated with compassion and love. We have called and given advice on dealing with behavior issues too. The staff has always been very sweet and helpful.

I love these people. Always friendly and great with the animals. My dog required surgery and they were great. Provided guidance and advice, but not pressuring me to make any specific decision. So glad we went to them.
