I showed up right at 9 a.m. on a Friday, and had absolutely no wait. I had to sign some paperwork, and wait for them to process the paperwork, but as soon as it was processed, I was being examined by the nurse. The staff was very nice. The waiting room, the examination rooms, and the building in general is very clean and professional. The doctor was exceptional as well. Her and I came up with a plan of attack together, and Im very happy about the outcome of my visit. I was worried that the doctor wouldnt be able to prescribe the more advanced anit-biotics, but there was absolutely no issue there. They do accept new patients for them to become your primary care provider, so if you like them, you can keep coming back! I know Ill be coming back (if I need to of course). Very pleasant experience.

Where to begin, I came in because I couldnt get in with doctor same day, and I needed a work excuse. My husband walked back into the room with me only to be disrespected because he wanted to stand near me instead of across the room. He was given dirty looks then finally told to either sit in the corner of the room away from me or to go out to the waiting room. Then, I was also treated like I didnt know what I was talking about with my own health. All in all this was a bad place to come. Should have realized that when we showed up and only one car was in the parking lot. I came here for help only to be disrespected. I didnt even ask for any medication because I knew the issue and only needed the work excuse and was doing well enough with what I have at home.

Not at all happy with my experience here yesterday. First, I waited an hour in the waiting room with only 2 people ahead of me. Once I finally met with the nurse practitioner, she acted like she couldnt get out of there fast enough. I was there beccause of a fever I have had for over a week, along with a horrible headache and scalp pain and strange rash that had developed on my neck. She barely listened to my concerns and gave me prescriptions for cough syrup and nasal spray...?? I was able to get in to see my primary care doctor today and have been diagnosed with shingels. They couldnt believe she didnt realize thats what it was. I have seen good reviews for this place so maybe I was just there on a bad day but I guarantee I wont be going back.

Went here for a case of vertigo, sore throat, jaw ache...very disappointed. Saw physician practioner who said I need to follow up with primary care doc. If I was able to get in to my primary care doc, I would have. They didnt really have any suggestions other than see an eye ear throat specialist. They were going to draw blood, but I waited a half hour for the girl to draw blood and they said it would be another 30 minutes yet so I left. I had explained I had an elderly mother at home that couldnt be left alone so I would appreciate expediency. They said they were really busy, but I was the second person in after they opened and it seemed they were understaffed.

This was possibly the worst urgent care experience I have had. I went out of desperation because I couldnt get a same day visit with my doctor. The nurse practitioner was smug and condescending. She also ignored what my complaints and concerns were and decided to go forward with her own assumptions. At the end of the appointment I left unsatisfied and untreated. I feel as though I wasted my money and was left with a "if you arent feeling better go somewhere else"

Extremely slow service. There were 2 people ahead of me and Im still waiting. I have already waited a full hours. The person after me just went ahead of me and when I asked front desk when my son was going to be seen, he said he wasnt sure and he didnt notice that they went out of order. He didnt even apologize or go to the back and ask how much longer. This place needs new employees!!!

From out of town on business. Came down with what turns out to be a sinus/chest bacterial infection. Super place. From John at reception, to Kim the med asst, to Dr. Rechnitzer. Excellent service in a regards. I visited them because of other reviews. They had the highest ratings in the area which proved correct! Highly recommend.

My husband and I came due to not feeling well. The receptionist was direct and to the point, and the medical staff was friendly and caring. There was a bit of a wait, but I think it felt worse because we didnt feel good. All in all it was a pleasant experience and we would recommend it!

Lindsey was an excellent practitioner, she listened to my needs and came up with a plan that exceeded my own expectations. I had actually asked for more and she was, quite politely, dead on with what I needed. Great office, very clean, barely any wait.

This was the worst experience I have had. Upon walking in, I was "greeted" by an unprofessional receptionist or medical assistant....not sure what she was. My husband was in pain and I was referred to this place for great service.....never coming back.
