Of the three or so experiences here, I have had mixed experiences. The first time I was diagnosed by a doctor, and xrayd for pneumonia, the treatment led to had a quick recovery. The second was a completely pulled out back, and the diagnosis by a doctor was good, and recovery was close to his expectations. Recently, I had a bad ear/ sinus infection, with some bronchitis evaluated by a nurse practioner. I recieved the exact same treatment at the Walgreens clinic by a nurse practioner prior.The cost difference with my insurance was $0 at Walgreens, and a $75 copay plus a $19 followup bill from Expressmed. I am still not well from the recent visit, and expected more professional service. I can pay nothing for a nurse practicioner, but when I know I have to pay more, I expect a doctor. I have found better options for the future.

Used this Urgent Care probably 6 to 8 times since moving to New Albany 3 years ago for various ailments in our family, and never once encountered an "unreasonable" wait times or issues. Was always satisfied with the care received. HOWEVER, this Urgent Care is under new management as of Jan 15. Just visited for first time since new ownership/management, arriving 5 minutes before opening (9:55). Myself and one other person were at the door when they opened. Did not see the Dr. until 10:45!!! No other patients were in the building! Missing the OLD NA Urgent Care and Dr. Sestak. Will probably go to the OhioHealth Urgent Care - Gahanna/New Albany on Hamilton from now on. Sad this neighborhood convinces is no longer convenient

Miss the old Urgent Care and Dr. Sestak. Have visited once or twice since new owners took over. My most recent visit wasnt bad in the since that I got the medicine I needed, but the interactions were awful. The nurse seemed like she hated her job, barely spoke to me, didnt tell me what my temperature, blood pressure, or heart rate, like how every other nurse does and is supposed to be. The doctor came in and just mumbled his name, checked my throat and ears. Told me my ears looked infected and gave me a prescription and that was it. Didnt tell me any other information. Wont be visiting again after this last time.

We were told that will be one and a half hour wait so the front desk staff told us that we can wait at home. After we came back on time, we were told that we lost our position in line since we did not fill out any forms so we have to start over. We could have filled out the paper work and leave a phone number had the staff told us to do so. Ridiculous! Dr. Sestak is on top of his game though. Nice doctor.

Very pleased with my experience. The doctor was personable and went the extra mile by calling me later in the afternoon to offer some additional findings that he took the time to research about my condition. He set me up with a referral to a specialist. I was treated promptly and the whole staff was friendly and helpful.

The service was nothing short of excellent from the moment I walked in. Considering how sick I felt when I came in, thats saying a lot! The doctor listened and addressed all of my concerns. Everyone was friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this urgent care center.

Recently took my mother there as shed suffered an injury. I was disappointed with the physicians lack of compassion, concern and treatment for my mother. Certainly not the same level of care we received from Dr. Sestak. #incompetent #disconnected #rude #rushed

Worst urgent care. Stephanie the nurse is VERY RUDE, I am a R.N. myself and cant believe she still has a job. She will cause them to go out of business, nobody wants to deal with attitudes when people are sick.

Immediately tried to talk us out of getting help and then refused to check patients bleeding ear or take down the full information of the situation because of liability issues.
