I could not have asked for a more professional staff and experience than what I received from this office. Not only does the office feel clean, welcome, and even relaxing from the minute you walk in; but the manner in which I was greeted upon my arrival and my overall reception trumps all of businesses in the Hamilton area. The office staff itself is extremely friendly and I was treated with such warmth that made me feel very comfortable before I even began my visit. The doctor and their staff are amazing, professionals and caring. State of the art practice with the latest technology. They make you feel like family from the moment you walk in, its truly a pleasure going to this office. Theyre genuinely the best. Give them a call and youll get surprised. During my appointment, the doctor Dolgov explained the treatment that was required and how the procedure would be completed. My treatment and cost estimates were then defined; I understood everything and was ready for my next appointment. always takes great care of me. The doctor took time to explain everything fully to me until I was fully confident and comfortable to go forward with my needed work. The staff made sure I was more than happy with the result before we finished, and then had me back to check up on me and make sure I was still happy with the work even. Theres a lot of us out there who fear the dentist and if thats you, make an appointment at this office. You will not regret it.

If I could give 20 stars I would. I am on SSDI disability. I have Medicare which does not cover Vision or Dental. I started experiencing severe wisdom tooth pain. Had no idea who to call with no dental insurance and fixed income. Somehow, I came across this office on Google and saw every review was so positive. I called expecting to get "voice mail" since it was Friday night, to see if they could see me next week. To my amazement, I got a really sweet lady at an answering service! No One is ever nice to me at answering service. She paged Dr. Dolgov, I was shocked she would do this, in less than 5 minutes he called me back. He was extremely kind - he does not know me, and he offered to call in an Antibiotic and Mouth Rinse for pain. And he told me to text him my name, etc for the pharmacy. I am so grateful at the kindness he gave me, as I had so much pain and anxiety. I am looking forward to becoming "a regular" at this incredible office and hope they will work with me on a payment plan, since I dont have Dental Insurance. You cant go wrong with this office and exceptional, caring dentist.

Dr. Alex is excelent. All my family are patients of Dr. Alex. He has very patient and calm, and he is very knowledgeable when making suggestions and while working on us. Im very pleased with the entire staff. And they love my cooking. El Dr. Alex es excelente. My familia y yo somos sus pacientes. El es muy paciente, calmado y lo que nos ha recomiendado es siempre lo mejor. Estamos muy contentos con su trabajo y con todas las personas que trabajan con él. A ellos les encanta mi cocina.

If youd like to change your dentist or acquire a new one, this is the place! The gals are awesome! When you walk in youll see Tina, she keeps this dental office moving forward. I have known Dr Doug Dix (semi retired now) when he was an intern in this same building! (& I was an assistant) Very painless & thorough teeth cleanings by a Hygienist, Tonya, Ive also known for many years! Dental check ups are also thorough. Very caring & understanding! They take time with you, they dont make you feel rushed. Any dental work Ive had, has been completed painlessly. This is why I keep coming back. And now there is a new dentist filling the shoes of Dr Dix, hes Dr Alex Dolgov, very personable & I think he fits in well with the office. Oh & I need to mention...I moved from Hamilton to Dayton 5 years ago ( 1 hour drive) & I still keep Hamilton Dental Group as my office of choice! See ya in 6 months! Thanks!

I was in town visiting a friend and due to reasons I wont explain, I ended up getting a chipped tooth. We drove around town looking for a dental office and stopped by this awesome place. I didnt have to wait too long, the office staff was super nice and Dr. Dolgov was the man! He was super nice, patient and very informative. He fixed it right up in one visit and its looking like it was never chipped at all! Dr. Dolgov is now my go to guy whenever I mess anything else up in my mouth.

Dr. Dolgov and staff are amazing. Had to have some work done and from start to finish, Hamilton Dental exceeded my every expectation. Dr. Dolgov explained the procedures and the staff had an out of pocket estimate before the work began. I couldnt ask for a more caring and friendly environment to ease my anxiety with having the root canal. I recommend this dental office to everyone I speak too.

Dr Dolgov and his staff are so helpful, patient, and friendly. They are always able to make appointments right away and all services are clearly explained and gently provided. They follow-up to make sure all is fine after the appointment, too! I am usually a very nervous patient but they really made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I recommend Dr Dolgov highly - you wont be disappointed.

I have been coming to the Hamilton Dental Group for several years. Everyone is very kind and considerate. Tina at the front desk always has a smile to welcome you. Tonya is excellent and caring at cleaning my teeth, very relaxing! Dr. Dolgov is also very thorough in his exam and caring. I recommend this office to my friends and relatives. Another plus is they run on schedule!

We always make sure we schedule our cleaning appointments with Tonya Rice, as she always does an amazing job at not only cleaning our teeth but making us feel comfortable. The office is very clean and the staff is very courteous and professional. We wouldnt think of going anywhere else!
