Absolutely terrible experience. Have seen them for years with our dogs. Took one in last week for shots (they called saying she was due) and to look at ear issue. They didnt have a record of the shots needed, but obliged. The doctor looked at the ear and said he didnt want to do surgery but left the room and sent in staff with medicine. I never got a diagnosis, treatment options, no time did the vet spend discussing the problem! He couldnt have gotten out of the room faster! And Im a doc! I would have understood. Today, took the other dog in since they called to say he was due for shots. Waited 30 minutes, and nothing. They said his would be due in 2 weeks for shots, then why did they schedule us for today?? Why not give all the vaccinations today? Why make me wait for 30 minutes, and not until I went to the desk asking whats taking so long did they even take the time to talk to me. They are too big, too busy to do a good job. Doctor and staff dont care about the animals or their owners. Blaming me on scheduling the appointment too early!!!

If I could I would put 0 out of 5 stars! This is a horrible joke of a vets office! My poor dog wasnt walking or eating or drinking and yelped every time she was picked up. So we were worried and called our Vet. And NEVER will I EVER take ANY of my pets back! First off my dog was due for a blood test for her epilepsy meds,They refused to do that and ANY OTHER TESTS! they took her temp which was fine. then kicked us out of our room walked her on a leash and said she was fine and sent us home! After that I contacted a different (and much better) Vet office. Turns out she has an INJURED NECK! Dr. Ashley does NOT care or have any sympathy for animals. When he came in the room he didnt even TOUCH my dog!! He is a HORRIBLE vet! They will never get another penny from me! I HIGHLY advise a different place to take ANY pet!

My dog had to have a pyometra surgery. She made it out alright, but God forbid do NOT go to Seven Hills pet clinic in Milford. They had me pick her up only an hour after her surgery, they brought her out to me SCREAMING in pain. And the medication they told me was for pain was mostly an anti-inflammatory. When we brought her back the next day for a checkup, the vet asked me, "Did you get this medication yesterday?" THEY FORGOT TO SEND US HOME WITH HER PAIN MEDICATION. And tried to make me pay for it the next day. She was sent home feeling everything after the anesthesia wore off. Oh yeah and she has cuts on her leg from them shaving her just to top it all off. They will never be receiving service from me again and I will strongly discourage my friends and family from going there.

My mom has used this vet for a while,she referred me to get help threw this vet. Brought my dog in cause he was sick. They decided to keep him over night,so we said our bye to our dog. It wasnt even an hr that went buy and we got a phone call saying he had passed. We get there the vet clearly said it was their fault AND THAT MY DOG SUFFERED!!! Now they REFUSE TO GIVE ME THEIR INC. INFO seemed to me that they are playing games to try to sweep this under the rug, JUST BECAUSE THE VET TOLD ME AND MY HUSBAND THEN MY MOM WHEN SHE SHOWED UP THAT IT WAS THEIR FALT!!! SAVE YOUR LOVED PETS FROM NEVER RETURNING HOME AND DONT THIS VET!!! IT COULD BE YOURS NEXT

Took my Dudley here for all of his 16 years. The staff took excellent care of him up until his last day with me. They took great care of me also while I was such a mess from losing him. After Dudley, I got two more pups. One of which (Dexter) we just had neutered. He is a big baby, and when he woke up from surgery I was told he was whining so much that one of the techs actually got in the kennel and laid with him to comfort him. I dont know where else you could possibly find that kind of loving caring staff! Very affordable also. Highly recommended!!!

We have been using Seven Hills Veterinary Clinic for over 16 years now. The Doctors and Staff have seen many of my doggies from beginning to end and have always been available when needed inclueding making a house call when I lost my Jake. Through the years with German Shepard, Border Collie, Border Staffies, Staffie, Sheltie, Chihuahua, Brittney Springer Spanial and four Yorkies, we have always been thankful for the awesome professional service from the Doctors and Staff at Sevenhills Veterinary Clinic.

I had to post a review after reading the negative reviews. These guys are NOT sadists or hate pets. Thats just absurd. Ive taken both my dogs to them since they were puppies and have NEVER had any issues...not with surgery, not with meds, and not with tests. The doctors have a great bedside (tableside) manner. The care provided is affordable and the staff is kind and professional. My coworker, who referred me to 7 Hills, has always taken his pets to them WITHOUT issue as well.

We have taken all of our dogs to Seven Hills Pet Clinic. They are always caring and loving to our fur-babies. Dr. Dryer is the absolute best. And you can tell she loves and cares as if your dogs are her own. Dr Ashley may not have the same "bedside" manner as Dr Dryer, but he is still very compassionate, and a wonderful Dr. I would never go anywhere else unless we had to move out of the area. All of the technicians are also wonderful.

Started using them Last year and I have had a great experience. very friendly kind staff. They love on all of the animals like they are their own to make them comfortable. The only thing was that my kitty got a little fever after he got fixed but he was fine and they had helped me with anything I needed! I do recommend. I only wish they were closer to where I live! I live in KY so I travel 45 minuets to go to them!

Can I give them a 0? They took out the front claws of my 2 kittens on the same day. One of my cats had the entire pad sliced completely through on all pads on both front paws. The other cat had no such slices through her paws for the exact same procedure. The poor kitty couldnt walk well and his paws got terribly infected as they were in the litter box and you know...feet. Very dirty. Stay away from this place.

Our micro yorkie, Arlo got an unknown injury and was yelping in pain periodically. We called Seven Hills within 30 mins of him crying. Seven Hills got him in right away and we were thankful since they were about to close for the day and it was the holiday weekend. He was given an anti inflammatory with pain medicine for neck strain. It has been 4 days and he is doing really good. Thank you Seven Hills!

I have taken all of my pets to Seven Hills for over 10 years and have always found them to be helpful, caring and experienced. Both doctors and all of the vet techs spend time loving on my pets and helping to make them (and me) feel comfortable. They have solved mystery health issues with my pets and consistently work hard to keep my pets healthy. I would highly recommend Seven Hills Pet Clinic.
