First time I went this place was great but this year taking my cat in for the "comprehensive " exam, which you have to drop off your pet for a few hours to give them time to do, I was super unimpressed. They didnt collect all necessary specimens, and obviously didnt look in his mouth because I brought up the fact that his tooth is broken, and the vet tech who explained "all" of what they did looked so happy to report he had no teeth problems or breaks. His left canine is no longer pointy, how did you miss that? Terrible service. Will not return to this banfield.

We were traveling and had to get the anal glands expressed for our dog. We go to banfield in Wichita, ks but had to stop at this banfield. The nurse did not even hear us and said they were short staffed. Pathetic service from banfield. We are with banfield for their nation wide presence. We understand our plan will not convert us at a different location. But to not even see our pet for a service that takes less than 5 minutes is beyond pathetic. Will evaluate if we stick with banfield if all we get is a local vet.
