We have been taking our dog here for 2 yrs. I LOVE this clinic!! Dr Novak is so kind, he listens to my approach on how I want to handle my dog. My mom goes here also. She had to put down one of her dogs, and Dr Novak cried with us!!! That gives him an A+ in my book!!! I live in Dublin,OH...and I drive passed tons of vet clinics to get to this special one!! Plus they are WAY cheaper than any vet in cols!!!

I have been going here for 12 years, and I have never had a bad experience. The entire staff is very friendly and knows my dogs by name. I thought pricing was very reasonable, and at any time I couldnt pay, they told me to pay when I can. I never felt any pressure about payment. And the doctors are always very sweet and loving towards my animals. I wouldnt hesitate to refer someone here!

Ive been going here since 1993. I do rescue, so have had many dogs and barn cats over the years. Dr. Nowac and his staff have been more than kind and caring to both my pets and myself. Hes always been very forthright and upfront, something I appreciate. Ill always have pets and as long as Dr. Nowac is practicing veterinary medicine, he will always be my vet.

Brought our lizard in because she wasnt eating. I was very grateful for the care she got. She was very sick and the Doctor could have just gave up on her but, he didnt. I felt like he was very concerned about my lizard and was kind enough not to charge more than necessary. Sadly, She passed away. But, not without a valiant effort from the Doctor.

Dont trust them with any form of Reptile.. They dont help at all! We brought in our lizard just yesterday and they performed surgery on her and said she would be fine.. We brought her home and she got worse.. Then dies today... But they were quite eager to rack up a nice bill for us!! Our lizard got worse after they "Helped".. Never again!

I have been going here for 16 years and they are very friendly. In fact, they know who I am by my dogs name. The prices are reasonable. The vet does a good job of making sure all my concerns are addressed. My only complaint is that I often have to wait to see the vet. But that appears to true of all doctors.

We our dog had an emergency medical condition while we were camping on 4th of July weekend. They were open and got her in immediately. The staff were fabulous! Got her fixed up and back to us in a few hours. Being from out of town our emotions were in turmoil and they could not have been better to work with!

As my cat lay dying on the exam table and the doctor leaves to get the euthanasia drugs, here comes the vet tech asking me for my credit card. Pretty telling of where this practices priorities lie. Ever hear of billing? Thats what they do in the medical profession.

Bad people. Never seen a vet turn an animal away. Fish hook in my dogs paw. Tried to charge $300 to remove it. Got it done for $100 elsewhere. This place is a money grubbing place run by money grubbing vets

Most of the staff is very nice and its a good facility. The doctor, however, always makes me feel like a terrible person every time Im in there and I dreaded ever taking my animals in.

I have brought my ducks here several times. Dr is very knowledgeable about avian care and compassionate. Prices are reasonable and they are willing to try to work within your budget.

My dog needed some masses removed. Being that I just moved into the area I was a little nervous about a new vet. They were very nice and caring towards my Boxer. Would recommend.

The vet at this clinic tries to charge for anything they can and disregards pet owners request to observe care. I would not recommend this clinic.
