AMAZING! If you dont go here, you need to. Our 8 month old golden retriever had eaten some cloth material and was extremely sick because of it(stuck in his small intestine). The staff here at Midwest took the absolute best care ever with our pup. They went head and shoulders beyond the expected care of our little man and we cannot thank them enough. Awesome facility, extremely professional yet compassionate staff, and great knowledge of animals. Dr. West took such an interest in my pup that she stayed in contact through the night. After losing a dog to cancer this past year, I couldnt stomach another loss. These folks deserve an award for the quality of care they provided.

Im sure theyre great if you have a dog or a cat but when you wait weeks for blood test results from a reptile and he dies within that time I think its ridiculous! Dont advertise you can take exotic animals then give the runaround so you can treat your "more important" pets. I lost a part of family yesterday and I was charged for results and answers I never got! Its a joke and I will NEVER return or recommend to anyone. Quite the opposite...

Very knowledge doctors and the staff is very accomodating. I love the fact that the doctors not only work with dogs and cats but their knowledge base is not limited as they can assist with birds and small rodents as well as exotics. Highly recommend this clinic!

I love this team! They are the best vet I have ever had! My puppy was diagnosed with a serious disease where he needs a shot once a month and every time I walk in they greet us by name. The doctor gets very personal with us and I couldnt ask for a better vet!

Staff is very friendly, quickly checked in. My dog is kind of skiddish and they were very gentle and sweet to him! Decent prices too! Definitely my forever vet for my pets!
