Well to be honest the pay really sucks greatly, slightly better than current minimum wage is not even close to what is required for supporting your family. Its very hard work for the amount of pay you receive, so it doesnt even out. Aside from all of that, the employees on night shift who have been working there for a short amount of time, are "great" to work with. Even the supervisory warehouse staff pitch in and get their hands dirty when necessary. The teamwork is abundant among every person in that warehouse, the team spirit just doesnt falter even when the going gets tough. I enjoy working there so much due to those reasons alone, I just cannot say too many good things about the night shift crew. Even though it doesnt pay enough for anybody to be able to afford purchasing a vehicle in order to make it to work and back reliably, I would walk to and from work (two hours one way), because I really enjoy the hard work, fast pace, peer employees and supervisors team spirit and understanding attitudes that much. Overall, "You guys rock!" And Dustin, you have great leadership abilities and I appreciate how you interact with each one of us; you push us all to be the best for the good of the company. Your teaching methods are easy to understand and motivating as well.
