Dr Wench is so wonderful and compassionate. He is CAREful to ensure we understand all the details and our options for what is first best for our pooch Paco and in consideration for our finances. I greatly appreciate how genuinely caring he is for ALL his patients and their parents. I dont mind waiting a few extra minutes for our appointments because I know he is also going to take that extra time for us if we need him and not rushing everyone in and out. Im really grateful we found him, its hard to find a vet that provides that quality of care and obvious that each of his patients has a place in his heart, that means so much to me.

Terrible serve all around. Rude receptionist. This place takes forever to examine your pet. They do not provide advice on even if a pet needs to be seen. Service has gone downhill consistently at this place over the past couple years. Finding a new vet as I write this. Avoid this scam of a "pet hospital" and everything about this place!

I waited an hour to get a pet food prescription card printed. The process normally takes less than 5 minutes but for some reason the receptionist was too busy chatting with coworkers and assisting other customers to push the print button. I cant imagine what the service is like for something more complex.

Dr.s Pierce and Carson are wonderful and truly care about animals. Dr. Carson was thorough and clear in her examination of my dog. She was compassionate and helpful as we discussed my dogs diagnosis and treatment plan.
