My 2 year old dog has been on a Hannah plan since May 2016 and Hannah has already saved me thousands of dollars: 2 separate ingestion incidents (clumping cat litter and then a glass fish tank thermometer), both of which required lab tests, imaging, overnight monitoring and IV fluids. Shes also had several visits for acute issues (skin rash, lethargy, etc.). The most expensive incidents however have occurred within the last couple of months: in November, I noticed a walnut-sized lump on her jaw which lab testing concluded was an infected abscess caused by some sort of trauma (likely a sliver from the branches and sticks she chews outside). After it did not clear up with steroids and 2 rounds of antibiotics it was then surgically removed and sent to a lab for further testing to confirm there were no other underlying issues. In December another growth appeared on her hind leg which was removed and determined to be a benign round cell tumor, common in dogs her age and breed. Now, she has had intermittent swelling in her neck for the past month and a biopsy concluded it is salivary gland hyperplasia with a sialocele so the glands need to be removed. EVERYTHING is and always has been covered on her plan from day 1! There is absolutely no better value than a Hannah plan and I am so thankful to be a lifelong Member!

Hannah Pet Society is an amazing service for those who love their pets and want the best care for them if they are sick or injured. I have 4 animals on the plan and wouldnt trade it for the world. Knowing no matter what my animals will be cared for if needed, with no additional cost out of pocket it gives you a peace of mind. My cat was hit by a car and broke his leg. They were able to keep him a couple days and keep him comfortable. Then gave me options for his care. One involved surgery and the other a splint for 3-4 weeks. I opted for the splint and he is 100% recovered. Another cat has had 2 surgeries no money out of pocket. My Labradoodle has an issue with his colon that they have been monitoring and working diligently for a solution. They go above and beyond. Thank you Hannah, Sonja Stumpf Portland,OR

This is such a scam! The pet will never be yours! Its like a rental and its dumb. I got a poodle from them 2 years ago, and had to move to Florida for a few months. I mentioned to Hannah about it, and they said I had to return the poodle because they dont service the east coast only the PNW. By that time Ive had the poodle for almost a year, and it was so hard to say goodbye because Ive had been attached to him. After returning him a few weeks later they sent me a $400 dollar bill of past due services that I was never using!! Than they sent me to collections because I refused to pay for it! I still havent paid it and not going to because I could of still taken care of my poodle in Florida.

They saved my dogs life. He had a terrible tooth infection that moved to his jaw! He is now perfectly healthy! They are prompt, kind, and the monthly payment is not much at all! Every shot, appointment, and bag of food is covered in the monthly payment. Every exam is fast and they know everything there is to know medically about my dog. The medical plan is tailored specifically to my dog, which means he only gets the vaccines he needs. Hannah gave my dog his happiness, playfullness, and health back. My chihuahua is now 12 years old. Perfectly healthy, and still living like a young dog. Go with Hannah. There affordable and really truly treat us and my dog like we MATTER!

Its a scam with fur. They charge you a monthly "rental" that has inflated care costs in the hundreds of percentages above what it would cost you to manage yourself. THEN... you "Get" to buy the pet after a year at what is higher than market asking prices. And God forbid you miss a monthly rent payment... pet goes back to them. OR they decide youre unfit as a "pet parent". "Sorry Timmy, we had to give Sparky back because Daddy lost his job". Nice. SCAM!

I loved everything about this place. The team of folks working there seem very dedicated to helping pets. Everything was modern and up to date, and I was most impressed with the quality of veterinary care offered along with the hands on obedience training that I would get with my enrollment. I really like their concept of matching the right pet with the right person. This place is seems like a real treasure to us pet lovers!~

What youll notice from all these reviews (and what I experienced over the past 3 years of service) is that everything is great at Hannah unless your pet is or becomes sick. Sheila in particular was just an absolute nightmare to deal with. Ill be making a formal complete to the company (including a letter to the owner) but for now this what they get.

I have had my pet for 3 years now with Hannah. Its been a great program for us. Every time we have needed to see a vet, we got in on the same day. Costs are very reasonable and staff wonderful. Great peace of mind.
