I have been a patient of Dr. Strawn for 12 plus years. She is always professional and knowledgeable. For the past 4 years, I have been a difficult case to fit for contacts and she has been more than patient in trying to find a contact that will work for me. For the poster that said that the staff is not friendly and always on lunch break- I find that very difficult to give any credence to as I am always greeted when I walk in and do not wait for service unless they are on a phone call, which is to be expected. I am taken care of in a very timely manner. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Strawn and her staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Strawn to anyone who needs a great Optometrist without reservation.

I have been a customer of Keizer Vision Source for at least 10 years now. I have purchased both glasses & contacts with them....They are always helpful, they always know me by name, knowledgeable, and they ALL have such great attitudes when it comes to my "complaints" or indecisiveness when it comes time to pick out a new pair of frames or contacts. They are always friendly & willing to help. I am seen Dr. Straum for almost 6 years and she is amazing and always works through any issues I am having with my vision! I would highly recommend this company. I love them.

I cant seem to get the staff to notify me of when my glasses are available to pick up. I have verified that my correct phone number(s) are recorded. Ive been told that I was called, but I dont have a record of the calls. This has continued for the last 3 years, with my annual exams and new glasses. This lack of notification has coincided with Dr. Gaynors retirement. To be fair, doctors Strawn and MacRae are very caring and proficient. I will give this office one more chance before searching for different vision care.

I was a loyal customer for more than 20 years. I decided to try soft contacts, and was re-assured several times that they would be covered by insurance. Well, the contacts didnt work for my vision, and they werent covered by insurance. I complained at the office and was told everything would be taken care of. Now, six months later, I receive a collections notice. Not a single bill was sent after I spoke to them. I loved Dr. Gaynor, but I will never come back to this place.

I have been going to KVS for several years, I loved Dr Gaynor, however after my experience today I will never return. The Dr l saw today was by far the worst experience I have ever had in 15 years of eye exams. I left in tears. She had no compassion and constantly argued that I was wrong. I wont return and will never forget it.

Ive always had a great experience here. I live in South Salem and I travel across town to keizer just to go here. They are always up front and let me know exactly what things will cost. There eyewear selection is great. They also recently remodeled and its great!

They wont stand behind their product. Inexperienced staff thats on lunch break whenever you come in. The customer is always wrong at KVS and will be treated as such.
