I cant say enough good things about Dr. Brown and his staff at Envision. I started using their services a few years ago when I worked in Bellevue and have been impressed every time I go in for my annual appointment. Despite only ever walking in at most twice a year (once for my appointment and once to pick up my new glasses) they greet me by name with a smile when I walk in the door. I never feel rushed when picking out lenses or asking questions. I have referred numerous people to Envision and everyone I know has been very happy with their experiences as well.

I had an excellent experience on my first appointment. I was on time and so were they; my full eye exam was comprehensive and very comfortable at the same time. The doctor (cant remember her name) explained everything very well and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The receptionists, both Chastity and Jakcie were awesome! They have a way with people, making them feel at home at this well kept and high-end Optometry.

Great experience. They tracked down two different pairs of frames for me and let me try them out before picking (now the most favorite pair of frames I have ever owned). They were in constant contact throughout the process. The Doctor was great and professional and I loved the people in the office. I wont go anywhere else now : )
