This would be a five star review if not for one slight misstep which I believe they have the power to fix. I visited MVS for some serious eye abrasions over the course of two weeks. My first visit they assessed the issue and put in a bandaged contact lens. I paid. They asked me to come back one day later, looked at my eye and said, "nope not healed, come back in another day" and I paid. Nothing was done. I was asked to come in too soon (one day later) and when not enough improvement occurred, they sent me on my way with another follow up appointment, which I ALSO PAID FOR. I ended up going there five times over the course of two weeks and received the very best care. With the exception of this one visit where I feel I paid for absolutely no services, I am raving about this eye doctor. I will happily revise to a five star review if addressed, but if it is truly their practice to charge customers anytime they request the customer come in, even when its premature and no services are performed, then my review will stand. Thank you for the great care, but questionable business practices.

I have been going to Marysville Vision Source for a number of years now, and I have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff and facility. I have seen both Dr. Kron and Dr. Liu and both of them were understanding and patient with me, a patient who until recently has had perfect vision. Age is getting the best of me. They never hesitate to explain everything they do throughout the visit, and things that may happen in the future. The rest of the staff are equally as patient and I never feel pressured or rushed. I always feel right at home and welcome. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs vision care.

No matter what you are going in for, you will receive great service from this establishment. They even are willing to let you know that you may want to look for a new place to go if they are aware that your insurance will be changing (the employer my family receives insurance from is changing their provider soon, and the front desk let me know that they dont contract with the new one!). They really are looking out for you as a person. I highly recommend this doctor, and I am saddened that I will not be able to receive my insured care from them anymore.

My family and I have been patients in Dr. Krons office for over 15 years. It is an extremely well run, efficient, and friendly place to come for your eye care. Dr. Liu is a very good fit to their staff as well, and I have been seeing him the last few visits I have had. Just recently I needed my records forwarded to a medical facility for a medical condition, and they were sent the very same day I had made the request. This is just one example of their excellent attention to detail that you can come to expect at this office.

Ive been going to Kim for years. I wouldnt go to anyone else. Extremely knowledgeable and keeps up on the latest research, methods, and procedures. I hate going to any doctor, but Kims professionalism, and even more so his manner and personality with a patient engender confidence, security, and the feeling that any problem that may surface can, and will be, handled in the fastest and most effective way with the least amount of stress for his patient.

I have been taking my son Joshua, who has Downs Syndrome, to Dr. Kron for quite a few years now and I have always been very happy with the way he interacts with him. He is patient and doesnt force when Joshua doesnt cooperate as much as he should. The last few visits, Joshua has been seeing Dr. Liu and he is equally good with him. I really appreciate the way Joshua is treated by all the staff & doctors and will continue to bring him here.

Called for an appt. and got in within a few days. Day of appt., I didnt have to wait long before I was taken back to see Dr. Kron. I got the RX for new lenses and picked out frames all within 35 min. or so. My new glasses were back in the same week. I was pleasantly surprised. But this is the usual protocol in this office. Everyone is very professional and helpful. I can count on the same treatment every annual exam.

Good overall experience from eye exam to choosing glasses. The frames I got are a little heavy on my nose and they are working with me to choose something that is a better fit for my needs in terms of comfort. Professional and friendly staff. My husband also had a good first experience.
