Called their receptionist at 10 AM to let them know I had placed an order online for medication they do not carry and made sure they knew I needed them to return the prescription within the hour of receiving it! The person that answered the phone said they return them upon receipt anyway. I called back at 2 PM to make sure that my dogs meds were taken care of the girl said we were busy and that she would get to it as soon as possible sorry well thats too late my pet will now be without medication, they werent worried about my pet being without medication or trying to help me find it for my trip, only making excuses for why they didnt get it done and why it was my fault. If it couldnt of been done the receptionist at 10am shouldve told me so! Shame on them my dogs going somewhere where they care more about her than making excuses!! as a side note I paid 80.00 plus 20.00 rush shipping for meds that will now arrive to late to use and Im disabled and unemployed so this money indeed could have been spent better! No they didnt care about that either :(

Todd is an amazing veterinarian! We have 4 dogs, 2 of which are senior dogs, so we feel like were almost always at the vet. Weve gone through surgery dental work with 1 to deal with sores, physical surgery on another to remove a tennis ball sized skin tag, and usual exams and shots with the other 2. Todd has been a dream with them all! He truly loves our dogs and is always happy to see them, which was beyond important to us because 1 of our dogs has a fear of the vet and has been known to bite when scared. You will never find a better price and a more honest man anywhere else!

Best price on a Dental Ive ever seen ($200). This is far and away my favorite clinic in the Portland Metro area. The prices are very low, but the quality is top notch. Dr. Nelson and staff are friendly, sensitive and competent. It was a relief to go to an appointment and not get a sales pitch. The clinic is tucked back from Molalla Ave on Fir, Google locates it perfectly. The only food they carry are the Purina Prescription Diets.

The Doctor here is very realistic and understanding. He has great communication skills and was very loving with my puppy. I strongly recommend taking your animals here if you want to feel like a priority and are looking for good prices.
