Ive been taking my dogs here since I got them (probably about three years ago now). I dont know what the other review is talking about but my experiences with the staff have been pretty steller. The girls in the front are always super helpful and kind. The vet himself is perhaps a bit gruff and straight to business (likely an effect of working primarily with large animals) but not rude or unprofessional. He always explains exactly whats going on in easy to comprehend terms. When one of my dogs was dying they were all incredibly compassionate and understanding. It was my first experience with having to put my companion down and I was a complete wreck. They went above and beyond to help me while he was sick and were very supportive, reapectful, and considerate while discussing and implementing his passing. I dont usually write reviews but my experiences here have been SO different from the other review that I felt obligated to give my perspective.

If I could give zero stars I would... Awful experience. Wrong hours are posted, I was given totally inaccurate information and the staff there is VERY rude, with a terrible attitude. I will never take an animal there again, save yourself some time and trouble and take your pets to Burnham Veterinary Clinic, they are much nicer and more professional.
