After a long search and trying out many different practitioners and holistic clinics, I feel Ive arrived! The staff and the setting are fantastic. I really feel like I have allies in health here. Ive been seeing Dr. Arah for prenatal Chiro care and Hope for prenatal massage and I plan to continue care for the long term. This is a positive, relaxing and family friendly place. An excellent choice for those of us that are committed to wellness, self care and healing.

Core Elements has helped me so much over the years. I originally came to them to have prenatal Chiropractic done. Dr Arah was able to adjust my pelvis gently to help with the delivery of my second child. Later on she helped my son with an injured neck. And now she and her husband have helpef tremendously with pain in my hip and back as well as a shoulder nerve pinch. Now they are going to help me with ultrasound for my plantar fasciitis. Love them!
