This is the MOST unprofessional and disorganized dental office Ive ever been to. First of all it takes several months to get in for an appointment, then they cancel your appointment because they couldn’t verify information and then the appointment gets rescheduled another several months out. I’ve been waiting close to 1 year to get my daughter seen and now they canceled it again because they had wrong insurance information on file. I called multiple times to give them the correct information but somehow they don’t save it. Another BIG issue with this office is that they wait for over a year to bill a claim to the insurance office.. the end result is that insurance will deny it for timely filling and the dental office will most likely seek money from the patient! This office is not good with the follow up either. I have called to talk to the office manager (who is never available) the front office staff swear that the office manager will call back, but that never happens. I have been trying to talk to the office manager for almost 1.5 years now and I am being told same thing over and over again that I would get a call back and no one ever follows up with me. I had nothing but trouble at this dental office. Not only that this location is horrible, their cooperate office is the same! You can never get ahold of the people you need to address any issues with and don’t get calls back. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!

The dentist did a procedure that put me in severe pain for over 2 weeks, I repeatly called and went into the office crying from pain. I was unable to eat or even put my teeth together. Come to find out from another dentist that she only cleaned half way down the nerves and missed one entirety. I was left with a pocket of fluid as well. After finding out that I am unable to take the pain medication she persribed they didnt have anyone who could prescribe an alternative, and no dentist in call to get help from. So I have another weekend of severe pain.

The staff is great they need to check there front desk. Major attitude doesnt seem like she wants to work. How about she gives the job to someone who actually wants to work!
