As I walked into the office, I immediately knew I made a great decision when selecting an optometrist. The sense of placid atmosphere and great selection of glasses, made the place very simplistic to get familiar with. Very clean and well maintained. Dr. Philips is indeed very passionate about both her career and patients. Not only was the exam thorough, but felt very well cared for. All this to say, she fundamentally did answer all my inquiries about my eye sight. As Im writing this review outside my place on the balcony, Im able witness the sunset on a whole new level which is utterly amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Philips and staff to anyone. Thanks WHVC.

I have been putting off getting my eyes examined for years... I finally got tired of the headaches and poor vision. I was a little apprehensive on where to go to get an exam since its been so long and also dealing with the whole process of looking into glasses or contacts. I decided to go to Dr. Phillips at Westhills Vision. I was impressed during the entire process from making an appointment to the exam and then the follow up process with picking out comfortable contacts and stylish glasses. They had so many great options and they made this entire process so easy and un-intimidating! I can see again :) Thank you Dr. Phillips and team!

As a first time ever eye exam visit as my age is creeping up, Dr. Phillips was incredibly friendly, thorough and informative. The visit was easier than expected and the time passed quickly even though I was there over an hour. I also took my 6 year old son for an exam. He was a little anxious on what to expect. Dr. Phillipss partner conducted another very thorough screening and put him at such ease. She answered his inquisitive questions in just the right manner a 6 year could understand. In summary, both visits were a piece of cake and I would definitely recommend West Hills Vision Care to others.

West Hills Vision Care has wonderful staff who are always ready and willing to help. I started using contacts lenses for the past year and no luck with comfort in any of the lenses Ive tried so far. Dr. Phillips still has not given up on me and my troubles. Were still in the process of finding me something that will work for my sensitive eyes. I first started going because I lived right down the street. Unfortunately, I have moved several times since then, ending up on the eastside of Portland. Because of the wonderful care I’ve been receiving; I will continue to make the trip to Dr. Phillips.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I was originally going to get glasses at Eye Health NW and found out the price being over 400 dollars (with insurance). Then I went searching for places that had the same pair of glasses but cheaper. I found West Hills Vision Care. They are very knowledgeable. They told me to not go with those glasses because with my prescription it would not work out. I would be very unhappy with the product. Eye Health never told me anything regarding this. I al glad I found West Hills Vision Care. I will most certainly be coming back every time I need to get glasses.

As someone that has needed corrective lenses over 20 years I have been a patient for several different vision care providers. For the last 3 years I have been coming to West Hills Vision Care and have always loved the service Ive received. Their staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. Their office environment is very clean and all of their equipment is state of the art. I have referred several of my friends here for their vision care and will definitely continue to refer anyone else who is searching for a new vision care provider.

I cant say enough about the experience I had at West Hills Vision Care with Dr. Phillips. She really did way more than I would have ever expected! I saw her a few times when I was living in Portland, and then moved across the country and she still went out of her way to talk to me on the phone and send me some samples of contacts to try out all for free without ever charging me a dime and knowing that I would likely not be back to see her again because I had moved across the country. She really did far more than I would have expected!!

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Phillips at West Hills Vision Care and cant say enough about the professionalism of this office and its staff. Dr. Phillips is always patient in answering all of our questions and providing us with the best options. They make the process of scheduling, billing and insurance coordination extremely easy and efficient. They have an amazing selection of glasses and sunglasses, and the office is so warm and welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional eye care.

I recently had to change optometrists due to an insurance change and boy am I glad I did! Katie Phillips could not be more professional, friendly, and thorough. She explains everything really well and really engaged me in decision-making about my new contact lenses. Sophie at the front desk is just terrific - she sorted out an insurance snafu without any work on my part and is always smiling and welcoming when I interact with her. Im a physician, and I know good medical care when I get it. I definitely get it here!

West Hills Vision Care provides a warm, welcoming environment. The staff were very friendly and diligent in attending to my needs. I have no vision insurance and when I compared pricing for a contact lens fitting, West Hills Vision Care was affordable and reasonably priced. Dr. Phillips conducted a thorough exam and provided efficient follow-up for my needs. Overall my experience at West Hills Vision Care exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent vision care.

WORST WORST WORST service from front office staff I have ever received. Dr. Phillips is the only saving grace. She was kind enough to take time from her weekend to meet me at the office to get me my contacts after the front office staff failed to call me about them not being available. On several occasions I called about problems with my contacts and was told that they would speak with the doctor and get back to me, on every occasion I had to call them back because they failed to follow up.

Im not one who needs a lot of vision care, but do seek out quality providers. Dr. Phillips came highly recommended to me and proved to be attentive and thorough. From making my appointment to the examination, picking out frames to fitting, Dr. Phillips office was efficient and helpful ever step of the way. Office is very professional, modern, provides an excellent selection of frames and is easy to find. Plenty of parking makes the visit convenient! I do recommend West Hills Vision Care!

I have been to West Hills Vision Care several times. Dr. Phillips is extremely knowledgeable, and it is clear that she is very passionate about patient care. Before visiting WHVC I never found a pair of contacts that worked for me, but Dr. Phillips was determined to help me find the right pair. After several samples I finally found some that are great. Dr. Phillips and the entire staff were extremely freindly and attentive. I highly recommend them.
