I am extremely disappointed with how I was charged for a contact lens fitting fee. During my consultation I was told the fitting fee would be $40, then at check out I was charged $90! When asked why I was being charged over double the amount I was originally told, they coukdnt explain to me the exact reasin, only that the dictor put me in a new lens to try out. The extra charge was because of the lens the doctor wanted to put me in but its not necessary to be in this lens???Basically, I feel scammed that the doctor is trying "up-sell" me and put me in a contact lens thats more expensive. Its ridiculous, Ive worn contacts for over 25 years and Ive never had issues with lenses, so why try to put me in a lens thats not necessary? And the fitting fee costs over double the original estimation? I will never recommend anyone to this clinic nor order my lenses thru them!

Extremely disappointed. Brought my son here and ordered glasses from them directly. I was wanting to order him another pair of glasses and refused to give me his Pupillary Distance. They told me its not something give out because it allows people to order glasses from people other than them. I will pay for my son to have another exam somewhere else and stay clear of this place. I would suggest going elsewhere if you want to able to receive your information.

Used to work here, but after I left, I continued to bring my family here as patients. The Drs are very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. The staff is friendly and although I dont know them all anymore, they always treat us really well and have a lot of good input while I am picking out my glasses! Couldnt be more satisfied!!

They delivered my glasses to my home, voluntarily and free of charge. That is the very definition of customer service. I work long hours and do not get home in time before they close so they took the glasses to my doorstep and gave them to my wife with having only met me once. I plan on returning time and time again !!

The staff is always surprisingly and consistently unpleasant, year after year... it just doesnt make much sense... like theyre highly annoyed / inconvenienced to do basic appointment booking... where would you even find people like that!? Wont be going back.

I called them last minute and see if they can check my husband that day and they told us they can gave us an appointment which is 2 hours away and it is really helpful. The staff and the Drs are very friendly and helped us with our needs.

I have always had poor experiences here for my daughter and son.There is literally one lady who sits at the counter that is less than polite. Horrible customer service. Trust me, you will know when you come in contact with her.

Their terrible with schedules. I was going blind and they wouldnt see me until 2 months later. -.-
