I have always received excellent service at Uptown Eyes. Their selection of eye wear is beautiful and unique. The staff have always been professional. I love the glasses and sunglasses I got from them 2 years ago. My husband has recently had an exam and picked up new glasses and safety glasses from there. There were issues with the lenses and it has taken multiple visits and reworking the lenses but they were courteous and eager to help each time he came back. It looks like they found the issue with the shape of the lens that was causing the issue. And now Ill be returning for my new prescription here soon. I highly recommend them. They cost a little more than some places but it is worth it.

I received terrible service at Uptown Eyes. I was given misinformation and bad advice on choosing frames by Donna Jones, and was later treated in a condescending and confrontational manner when I dared to complain. Both Dr. Lawson and Donna Jones were inappropriate and publicly disrespectful of me and my medical privacy. Knowing full well I would never go back there after the way I was treated, Donna gave me a letter from Dr. Lawson firing me as her patient! Handing me this kind of letter was just mean and vindictive, with no intention but to hurt, and/or cover themselves as a VSP provider at my expense.

I love this place. My first pair just got caught in an airline chair mechanism, they will need adjusting but lesser quality would be in many pieces. Christain is the bomb! All employees are great though!
