My 3 year old female boxer was taken here, and Dr.Delaney and his assistant diagnosed her with pyometra,a female reproductive disease,he assured me and my family who was present at the time that my pet was in good hands and he had to do further testing and she was admitted,I asked him if my pet was suffering and Delaneys response was no and me and my family believed him...after all day of communication with EAAH and Delaney multiple times I was told by Delaney my pet was in stable condition and further testing was needed,I told Dr.Delaney and his staff to do what needed to be done,Delaney and his staff assured me that she was stable and told me to phone back later so I called into the office around 7pm and the person who answered the phone said Dr.Delaney wanted to speak with me,when he got on the phone I received very very bad news that my precious pet had passed away 20 minutes ago,I was heartbroken to hear this news, and I asked him what his findings were and he told me that my pet had gotten ahold of a mouse that was poisoned, which is what led to her passing,he said that the poison had ate her stomach lining and her stomach filled with blood and then the poison then started eating away at her intestines, now with all this being said I know my precious pet was suffering all day and Delaney and his staff seemed to Not know what they were doing and because of this she suffered a horrible horrible death,me and my family are heartbroken over this tragedy.....after all done and said my family and I feel EAAH and Delaney dont know what they are doing and should no longer practice,my pets appointment time was 11am she passed away supposedly 640pm...thats 7hrs40minutes my pet suffered.....Thanks Delaney/EAAH.....I will no longer do business with you and I will get the word out to everyone take your business elsewhere.....time to retire Delaney....

EAAH has been my choice for veterinarian care since Dr. Delaney took over the practice. He has compassionately taken care of my animals in a totally professional manner at all hours of the day & night through the years. From seeing our 11 yr. old lab at 9 AM on Fathers Day because she suddenly had seizures overnight, to leaving a family dinner to revive a 2 week old puppy whose heart would not keep beating, Dr. D. gave of his own time for my dogs who needed his care. He has guided me, without being judgmental, through many difficult decisions over the years, explaining all the options in my animals illnesses & end of life stages. His first concern is the pets health; his second concern is trying to help me to understand what treatment is necessary & best for the pets well-being. The EAAH staff has always been helpful & considerate; they go out of their way to accommodate me as best they can. If Ive needed a return call from them or Dr. D., it always comes & is never rushed. No matter how small my need, they always work with me & for me. My businesses are dogs & the first place I go when I need veterinarian advice of a personal nature, is EAAH. Before Dr. D. came to this area, I went to several different vets & never found any that I totally believed in. Over the years, Dr. D. & EAAH have proven they are worthy of my trust & admiration. Dr. D. has caring hands that only a few vets have -- they are the gentle hands that show how he feels inside about our animals. I know that my dogs will be well cared for with those hands & that when their short life is coming to an end, there will be dignity & love given to them up to the end. Ive been there with every pet weve had to euthanize & they way Dr. D. & his staff help you through this heartbreaking time makes you realize that they are there for all of you, pets & people alike.

I wanted to write this review in support of EAAH. I have been taking my pets to this hospital for many years, but was very happy when Dr Delaney took over the practice. He is such a compassionate Veterinarian. My Callie Girl was a rescue cat that I brought to EAAH for her care 10 year ago and I have never regretted making that choice. In 2014, my girl was diagnosed with Lymph-Sarcoma and Dr D was the one that made the diagnosis. The staff was so supportive every step of the way. Instead of Chemo, we chose to attack her cancer with prednisone and it worked!! The tumors all but disappeared. Dr Jessica Dymon followed Callie through out her treatment and I was so glad to have her treating my girl. At the six month point after her diagnosis, Jessica Dymon was amazed at how well she was doing and told me that most cases like Callies that animal would be dead by this time. I was lucky to have my Callie girl with me for a total of 15 months before the ugly cancer took her from. I cannot think of another practice that I would have wanted taking care of my Callie girl. I know the sadness that occurs when you lose a loving pet, but you cannot go wrong bringing your babies for the love and care they provide at EAAH. I know when I am ready to adopt another Cat I will not hesitate to bring him/her to Dr D and his great staff !!!

First of all, I am sorry for the family who lost their boxer, and offer my condolences. I have taken our family pets, dogs and cats, to EAAH since before Dr. Delaney owned the practice. He is a wonderful veterinarian and very devoted to the welfare of animals. We once owned a lab/german shepherd/spitz mix who was a very protective animal and one who would chase anyone who came onto the property. He would only tolerate our own family - and Dr. D! So, when he allowed Dr. D to scratch his head and nuzzle his face, we knew we had found a special vet! Another time, when he met us at his office at midnight and performed emergency surgery, after this same dog had swallowed a threaded needle, we knew this vet was an animals hero! He also stood by us and cried with us when we said goodbye to three other precious dogs, always understanding the special human-pet bond. I am sorry for the times when the care at EAAH couldnt save an animal, but Dr. Delaney and his staff have done SO much for so many animals, I cant help but say his love and concern for animals make him the best veterinarian in our area. Thanks, Dr. D!!!

Words can not explain the level of care and love the staff shows all animals. I have been going to them for over 5 years and they have been constant in there care of my animals and my clients. I am a Dog care giver. Today they went above and beyond to try and save the life of a foster dog. I truly can not express how grateful i am to the staff for being so attentive and jumping to action. Truly will never go any where else for any of my pet care and will recommend them to any and everyone i can. Thank you
