I tried to get my elderly animal care, here. There was an unfortunate situation that happened for which the staff apologized to me for. So in the future, I would consider going there. But ongoing training of empathy for the support staff is needed. They did apologize, very genuinely though. So I forgive them.

I had a great first experience with this clinic. Dr. Ingold has gained a new client with his diligence and expertise. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care of both my arthritic dog and my diabetic cat. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

The Vet was rude to my mother and so mean to my sick puppy only to find out that ever since the new vet took over the practice so many have changed vets because of how horrible he is.
