Ive been taking my cat to Bunkerhill for a while now and have found that their standard of service is the best Ive ever had. The staff provide fast, efficient and pleasant service. I have every confidence in Dr. Zajacs care and treatment of my cat as she is very knowledgeable, has years of experience and genuinely cares about the animals . I Highly recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone that needs healthcare for their pets.

Dr. Michele Zajac and Dr. Audrey Zajac are both amazing!!! (no they are not related lol) They and their staff are always very nice and respectful. Almost two months ago Dr. Audrey and some vet techs had to come out, and put my horse down. They did it in such a respectful way... They truly made her last moments filled with all the love possible. Then even sent a card<3. I have gotten two dogs fixed their and they are great <3

Great! My 2nd with BHVH. This time, I had a feral cat to receive shots and be spayed. She had an unusual condition with her mammary glands. Their prices are very fair and reasonable and they dont try to nickel and dime you to death,. They will give the pet shots and spay and neuter all in one visit. They are also affiliated with the St. Cats Spay & Neuter Clinic/Eastern PA Animal Alliance. Very happy! :)

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have convenient appointment times and easy to use online scheduling. They are also very committed to customer service. When I returned a survey about my last appointment and mentioned that my dog gets very anxious at the vet, they immediately contacted me with suggestions of how to make her appointments less stressful for her.

Very compassionate and caring staff. Everyone from the secretaries to the doctors are very friendly and patient. We are very lucky and happy to have found them. Six years and counting.Keep up the great work! I have never seen staff, including the Doctor, just sit on the floor to examine,take blood. give shots, or just play with a pet. They do here!! Awesome...

Weve been going to Bunker Hill for 2 years and theyre great! Our dog HATES shots, but they let us hold her during all her vaccinations and know just how to keep her calm. We took her to the ER a few months ago and bunker hill called twice to check and see how she was feeling. I cant say enough great things about them! Would recommend to anyone!

The kindness starts as soon as I walk in the door. My pets are always greeted by name when we check in! They even accommodate me and see my 2 dogs and cat at the same time for a single convenient visit! They give the best care to my 4 legged kids!
