You guys lost my dogs bloodwork when he was really sick and let him suffer with undiagnosed COPD an entire week before calling to tell me it was "lost" and that they could redo and have the result today. Why did I wait a whole week with a dog gasping for air???? When I went in for the bloodwork that day I overheard a conversation in the waiting area. "Here are your dogs records, we will follow up on the Lyne disease. " The client quickly says "what do you mean!!!! We never spoke of Lyme disease!!!" Employee looks frantic at the paper and says "oh right these arent yours." I just moved to a new house and guess what my neighbor told me? You guys misdiagnosed his dog with Lyme disease, treated a dog for Lyme and his dog DIED. Completely unorganized bullshit artists!!!!!!!!

I went to 9 vets in and around my area before I found this one. Its 40 minutes away from my home but worth the drive. Dr Treyes has been treating all my pets ( Rottweiler, Pitbull, Shepherd & Cats ) and hes wonderful, kind and compassionate toward animals. Thorough in his exams and goes the extra mile which is what you want for your precious baby/babies. The staff are great which is certainly a rarity in this area. I recently sent my friend to Dr Treyes after him having had his dog misdiagnosed in something that would of 100% killed his beloved Pit Bull mix so he is also hooked for life on this Vet Clinic. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants the best treatment for their pets.

Dr. Mary Ann Ostrander, is extremely professional and caring with excellent bedside manners. My husband & I were very close to our beloved JUDE and made the most difficult choice to put him to sleep. He was fading fast and yet, he was still wagging his tail, & I would like to believe he knew how much we loved him till the end. Dr. Ostrander gave us strength and peace that we were making the right decision. Words could never express our gratitude to her....thank you so much!

Brought our pets here for 18 months. Very good for routine vaccinations; exams were not very thorough and very expensive. Biggest issue is customer service. Front office can be rude. When my dog could not have surgery there, the vet left the room and the vet tech handed me two brochures and sent us on our way. Final straw - I called and asked to have records transferred to new vet- receptionist said it was too much work for her to find the fax number

We take have been taking our 3 year old Akita to Cherry Ridge Vets since we got her as a little pup & we have had a great experience. We have also taken our cats to them for their routine checkups & shots.I have no complaints. Big smiles,Good service & happy pets.They closed down during a storm & I had to go to the nearest open Vet & I had the worst experience ever. Made me realize how good we have it with Cherry ridge.

I have had many animals throughout my life, and now Im on the old side of old. The Doctors and the staff at Cherry Ridge are all caring and compassionate. I have 3 cats that I adopted from the wild, and they are big and are getting too heavy for me but the staff are always there to help me in and out of the office with them. I took my baby in for spay and cherry eye surgery (they did phenomenal!!)Only ,they never called back the day after)It was Tuesday,July 4th... my "theory is" no animal celebrates a holiday... I cant celebrate a holiday after my baby gets major surgery ( I was just very disappointed that a day off was more important than my little babys health)Just never experienced this disregard before.

They show how much they care for our pets in 1)how they handle our pets (doctors, vet techs, and office staff) 2)how they call to check up on them during illnesses or injury 3)how they research the problems and offer various solutions and 4) how they treat the "pet parents" with such kindness and understanding!

Love Dr. Grosse! She was very patient with my rescue, Tyson who was brought to Cherry Ridge as soon as he was adopted. Tyson still has the protective behavior and gets scared, but Dr. Grosse was very calm and so nice. I was very impressed!
