Dr Hodges is so knowledgeable, friendly and informative. She seems to genuinely care about my 2 dogs as if they were her own. If our visit is just a nail trim or an emergency, Dr Hodges and her staff have always been so professional and diligent in their care. I normally dont write reviews but after the emergency visit I made with my 11 month old puppy this week, I felt that I needed to let this medical team know how grateful I am for them. I emailed them after hours on Thursday night and got a call from their office at 8am sharp the next morning. They got us in that same morning. A second visit the next day (on a Saturday mind you) really showed me how much this staff cares for the animals that come through their door. They acted quickly and explained things to me in words that I could easily understand and in a manner that didnt make me feel like an idiot for not have more of a medical background. They were so sweet to my dog and set my mind at ease knowing she was in the best care possible. They fixed her up and even called to check up on her. Along with their great care, their prices are the most reasonable ones Ive ever seen (and Ive been going to vets for years). They are fair when it comes to cost and I never feel like Im overpaying or getting pushed to buy items or care our dogs dont need. They are there to take care of animals not to make a fortune or scam pet owners. They seem to have the mentality that care for my pets shouldnt cost me my life savings. Imagine that. I am beyond appreciative I found this Hospital after being a newcomer to town. They will be my vets office for life. My pups and I are very grateful!!!

Dr. Hodges is an amazing veterinarian!! My dog Zoey is a 3 year old mix that I adopted as a puppy in Florida. In August of 2014 Zoey had extreme allergy symptoms that we did not know the cause of. All pet owners know how awful an experience it is to see your pet in pain and Dr. Hodges was great in alleviating my concerns throughout the entire process. After ruling out the various normal things that may have been causing the problems we were referred to a dermatologist because Zoeys condition was just too extreme. Zoey had intradermal skin testing done to determine what she was allergic to and sadly it was most of the list. Zoeys allergy treatment is now immunotherapy which are injections that I give her myself but she still continues to see Dr. Hodges for all her regular doggy checkups. She treats Zoey like she is her own and not just another dog, which I love to see in a vet because I have taken Zoey to many veterinarians in the past who dont even try to interact with her. I know that I dont need to worry when I take Zoey to Happy Tails to visit Dr. Hodges because she is in the best hands and Zoey will be comfortable and well taken care of!

My experience at Happy Tails Animal Hospital was EXTREMELY exceptional and exceeded my expectations!!! Dr. Hodges is one of the BEST Drs I have ever had help with my "fur babies"! She is so knowledgeable, helpful and caring. I will never trust another Dr with my kids. The staff is very inviting, friendly and compassionate. They made sure I understood my kids at home care and answered any questions I had. I will ALWAYS recommend Happy Tails to anyone for expert care! I couldnt be happier and am proud to say that Happy Tails Animal Hospital is my new veterinary hospital! ❤

From the moment we walked in the door and even after we were at home (they followed up with us), I felt like I was around genuine people who love animals and are not trying to "up-sell" me on anything. They are fantastic and really do care. Facility is nice and clean and plenty of consideration goes into your appointment. Ive been using them ever since Ive moved here and presented them with difficult issues to work around (Cushings Disease). Although my problems have not subsided, their communication and devotion has not wavered.

The staff is so kind and gentle with their patients :) I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a pet who needs medical attention. They treated my dog so well and she isnt scared to go into the building like she was at our old vet.
