This place is nothing but a rip off please read my story before you decide to take your pet here. I foolishly also read the reviews other people left warning of this place but since it was so close I took my cat here anywayys. I have to make this review short because I have to take my cat to another vet within 10 minutes, but just to name one of the things Neffsville did was charged me over $200 and charged me for a analysis test which was $50, Told me they would have the results in 24 hours.... NEVER CALLED ME PERIOD! The vet company they are associated with for emergencies has NONE OF THE MEDICAL RECORDS, So if you take your pet to Neffsville and they arent able to help your pet and you have to take him to there Emergency Center Expect to have to pay for ALL THE SAME TESTS AGAIN. The Staff was rather friendly BUT THATS IT Please look at all the reviews everyone left on here before going there I wish I would of

Since we moved to Lancaster a year ago, weve been looking for a vet for our dog. After several recommendations, we chose to try out Neffsville Veterinary Clinic. And we made the right choice! The staff and vet were pleasant, helpful, and informative. The facility is nice, clean, and full of thoughtful details. Like a play area for children, while we took care of paperwork. And I could pay for the visit right in the room, instead of going back into the lobby and wait some more. Im glad we brought our dog to Neffsville Veterinary Clinic, and Im sure you will be too!

I sought an appointment with Neffsville Veterinary Clinic at the recommendation of a neighbor. The staff and veterinarian were extremely courteous to me, and patient and compassionate with my cat. My many questions were answered, and they never made me feel rushed. I also feel that they are well priced for the high caliber of care I received. I will continue to take my pet(s) to Neffsville.

Took my cat there .She needed an Ultrasound.My vet in Phila. does not do them.She sent all her labs. They gave me a 10 minute appt. told me nothing I didnt already know.Vet didnt know prices.Only could get estimates? Since her temp. was low they would have to transfer her to another center since it was Friday.I took my cat home.What a wasted trip - not sure what they actually do there.

I moved to Lancaster, and my NC vet recommend this clinic. For me, it was more worrisome to find a vet for my pets than a doctor for myself. They promptly became my vets instead of the new vets. They have been there is the good and bad times, and my pets have gotten excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Sloyer and Dr. Doman.

I have to say i love the veternairns here there knolegable answer all ur councerns but doint try to have u do more then whats nessecery.they have a pet hotel on sit i think there prices r resonable for services they offer.i think the best is the know who u are and who your pets are when u call when u go in every time.

Neffsville Vetinary is a breath of fresh air- they are so welcoming and helpful, I absolutely trust my dog in their care. I love the free clinics they host for help with dental care and anything else!!

I highly recommend Neffsville Veterinary Clinic! For over 15 years I have been taking my pets -- both cats and dogs here. All of the staff -- from the front desk, to nurses, to the doctors have always been top-notch and caring. Close and convenient, I will keep bringing my fur-babies here!

Love this place. Takes very good care of our dog and service is friendly. I have found them to be honest and forthright. Had work done on my dogs teeth that came in significantly under estimate. Can only speak to my experience, and it has been all positive. You do get what you pay for.

Love love love Neffsville Vet Clinic! They are very professional and so friendly. I have a 5 year-old pit who is sweet and VERY energetic. My last vet was overwhelmed by her and didnt know how to handle her. Im so glad we switched to Neffsville, because theyre just great with her.

They did a good job cutting my lab s nails who gets very nervous
