I left my dog with my roommates while I went out to sea for a week and when I returned he had a hacking cough. So I called banfield who I had been taking him to for about a year and they told me they wouldnt see him for another two weeks. So I started looking for another vet and I came across Todds Lane. After reading the reviews o decided I could trust them with my best friend so I took him in. They accepted Zyuk as a walk in and immediately a recpectionist took him to a separate room, as to keep the other dogs in the waiting room safe, while I filled out paperwork. The receptionist was very friendly and nice. When I was taken back to wait with my dog the tech explained how she had been in the room playing with him and giving him treats and my boy seemed very happy. We waited about an hour to be seen by a vet but considering we were a walk in and it was a Saturday I had no problem waiting. When we were seen the tech was very nice and friendly while trying to get Zyuk on the scale and get the basics. When the vet came back she was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with him. He was diagnosed with kennel cough and she prescribed meds for him. The entire staff was very friendly and the prices are extremely fair. Overall I loved my experience with Todds Lane and I have definitely found Zyuks new permanent vet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the market for a new vet.

This office ran out of Heart guard so I ordered it from 1-800-PetMed who asked that the vet fax over a prescription - Which they did. A week later I realized I need some for my other dog and asked that the vet send the prescription over to 1-800-PetMed again and they refused. They received their shipment so I could get it from them. I told them they were $10 more per tablet!!! and I was not going to pay that and they told me they do not shop around... I told them we would take our business elsewhere and they did not care. That shows in the way we were treated when we were there for appointments-we were NEVER we seen at our appointment time and had a minimum wait of 1/2 hour to an hours. These people clearly dont care about their customers nor do they care if they loose a customer - In this case, they lost 3.

My new kitten, Stitch, and I visited Todds Vet for the first time last week for his 13 week checkup. From the moment I called them on the telephone I felt welcome. I cannot recall her name, but the receptionist was very sweet on the phone and answered all of my questions before I even got to the vet. Once we got to Todds vet the ladies up front played with Stitch and gave him some treats to make him and I more comfortable. The Vet was very kind, answered all of my pricing questions BEFORE doing anything. To be sure I was not charged more than I wanted to be. Everything was very reasonable priced anyways. Overall very kind service, and we will be returning for Stitchs 16 week checkup in two weeks!

First time going to Todds Lane, and it was by reference from a friend. My dog became ill and we had no clue what was wrong. She was miserable. They were very kind, informative, and great with Chloe. They gave her a nausea shot, special food, antibiotics and fluids since she had been getting sick for almost 5 days and not eaten or drank a thing. $150.00. They did attempt to get us to pay $200 for an X-ray, but they didnt demand it, or carry it like she had to have it. The Veterinarian said lets try this route first, then we will go to the extremes. I liked that. Chloe drank water hours later, the next day she finally ate. I have made Todds Lane her Veterinarian team. Thanks Guys!

The staff is very nice and personable. They have "happy visits" for pets that have anxiety issues with visits to the vet. I have taken one of my dogs here for these visits, and her anxiety improved drastically. She went from shaking in the car, being overly aggressive with the staff and other dogs, and uncooperative, to enjoying the ride like she does when we go to the park, leading me to the door, and remaining calm throughout the visit. I appreciate everything that Dr. Hall and the entire staff have done for my babies.

Been coming to Todds Lane for a couple years now with my rabbit, Bunbun. Not a lot of vets in the area do "exotic" pets (not that rabbits are particularly exotic) but I have been constantly impressed with the knowledge and care of the staff. Dr. Brinker in particular goes above and beyond, and I couldnt imagine a better vet to bring my rabbit to. Prices are great too, and Ive been recommending this place to every pet owner I know - not just those that own small animals.

I have moved from Utah last year, and could not find the veterinarian help here in VA near as good as my veterinarian in Utah. I came to Todds Lane Veterinarian Hospital hoping my experience would be different, and it was! they took good care of my dog, answered all my concerns and put me at ease. Took my kitty in for a dental cleaning, a bath, and to get his shots updated and the staff took excellent care of him (and his cat mom with all her questions! :) ). Ive been going to Todds Lane for my two kitties over the last 6 years or so and have always been pleased with their courteous and patient staff. If youre in the Hampton area looking for a vet, id highly recommend Todds Lane!

I have been taking my rat terrier there for three years and find them to be reasonably priced, compassionate and friendly. In the three years my pet has been on the verge of death twice and the doctors at Todds Lane have saved his life both times. I have joked with friends and family that dogs must surely have as many lives as cats!

The staff was friendly and helpful -- you can tell they love animals, and my dog was taken very good care of getting a check-up and some antibiotics. Im pleased with the way everything went. I had to wait a little bit longer than I expected, but otherwise I can say this place is a good choice.

Very responsive. I took my dog in for a mass. They examined him as a walk in and scheduled the surgery the next morn. Very happy with the results. I also had my dogs teeth cleaned there what a difference. Those before and after pictures were amazing. I could wait to show my husband

I have been going to this vet for two years now and they are absolutely amazing. They have convenient Saturday hours and are very friendly people. They never try to sell me something I dont need and are very kind to my cat during her exams. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I didnt get to use them very long. (had to get rid of my pets) but with the time that i used them i loved them. They were very understanding of me and my pets. They accepted the special diet that i had my dogs on and they always had time for us. Thanks i defiantly recommend them.
