I have two Maltese who have been going to Banfield since 2005 and I am truly grateful for the guidance, compassion and care they have for them. I have called frantic on more than one occasion and they tell me to come right in and help my fur babies. Recently during a wellness check up they discovered a mass on my female Maltese. We decided to do a biopsy because it came pot of no where. She became ill over night and I called first thing in the morning. We took her in and the results came back that she had a mast cell tumor. We are trying to shrink it so it can be safely removed and they have been absolutely amazing. Im truly grateful for them and know that my fur baby will pull through.

Way too expensive. I was told to buy a "plan" for new kitten since new kittens needed so many shots. The plan would have been over 500.00$. I was told having him fixed would be about 300.00$ alone so it was worth it to get the petsmart plan.I called around and average cost to have a kitten neutered is 75/140. I want my vet office to be honest and not use me to sell extra things for petsmart. Girls a desk seemed nice just understaffed the day I was in.

The peoples attitudes suck they tell my puppy to get down off them all the time then they should not work at a vet then because thats going to happen working with pets. Too expensive for meds. Do not go here.
