It seems like no matter what my visit is for, they try to push an ultrasound or some other pricey procedure on me. My cat has had 2 ultrasounds on 2 separate occasions, both at his reg. check ups and both times nothing out of the ordinary was found, merely gas, BOTH TIMES. And you better believe I had to pay for them. I took my bird in to get his wings clipped and there was a bio-hazard disposal fee on my bill. Since when are feathers a bio hazard? I can pick the feathers up my damn self. Since the new company took over with all these new pushy doctors, ridiculous fees and all the good, original doctors gone, I will be moving on. Dr. Harris, one of the original drs, has a practice in New Holland I will be going to.

Dr Hall was very nice, as were all the staff. However, I felt they were trying to push every kind of vaccine, and prophylaxis possible. It was a "Free" visit coupon from the SPCA. My dog was already heartworm negative and up to date on her routine vaccinations. Had I consented to every thing they recommended on that visit, I would have walked out with $600 or greater bill. I think they were pretty heavy handed with their sales pitches on why I need way more than most vets ever suggest. Great VET office for pharmaceutical drug reps. I bet they do very well there. :-(

I called them yesterday with an emergency and no funds. My cat Morty had a urinary blockage and was in severe pain. They saw him within a half our. Unfortunately my Morty could not be saved. The staff was very friendly and regardless of money they helped Morty pass comfortably without having a painful death, it would have been inevitable without them. They also gave me his paw print mold in a box. I can put a picture in. Its helping to have a part of him. Thank you VCA bridgeport for helping.

I Rescued a kitten that had been hit by a car, and after taking it to the Humane League (wouldnt help because ther was no vet on duty) the SPCA ( wanted to euthenize the kitten) , the vet and vet techs at Bridgeport examined the kitten, gave me a full report, and took it from me to nurse it back to health, and eventually preform an amputation on the leg that needs to be removed. They took mycontatc info to give mem updates. VERY nice and caring :) I will be going back with my pets!

They blamed me for my dogs foot getting wet after he cut his leg bad. His foot is now infected due to how they wrapped but thats my fault we did everything they asked. and its gonna cost more money now to fix it. They also do not want to work around anybody elses schedule but their own. But I just feel bad my poor puppy had to go through so much more then he had too. Also I hope you have time to wait because your appointment can be at 10 am they wont see you till 11 or later

I have been bringing my parrots here for over 17 years. Dr. Hall has been their vet from the time they were babies and he specializes in Avian, as well as all exotics. From cats, dogs, parrots, pigs, falcons, etc., Dr. Hall cant be beat. He goes above and beyond to help you keep your pet healthy and I highly recommend him. Staff is awesome as well and I can usually schedule an appointment on short notice.

I have a ferret named woody who had seen Dr hall a few times. Woody needed a larger surgery that could not be performed at bridgePort so Dr hall reached out to another great vet in md for woody to have his surgery. Dr hall has called a few random times just to check in on woody and see how he is doing.I would recommend Dr Hall and Bridgeport to any person seeking a great vet in Lancaster.

SOOOO NICE! My dog is skittish around new people and he was fine with these guys. They know their stuff. They were patient and answered all my first-time dog owner questions. Love this place. I saw Dr. Wareham (I think thats how you spell it) and he was knowledgable adn kind. They forgot to take my dogs temp is my only complaint.

This place is awesome! We are from out of tow and when we couldnt remove a tick from our poodles paw, we came here. The tech and the dr came out and told us it wasnt a tick just a wart. They told me NO CHARGE! When do you ever see that? Nice people and certainly didnt try to milk us at all.

Highly recommend. Weve seen Dr. Hall and Dr. Shockman. They are thorough and they care - thats all you can ask for. Today had been a week since my kitty went to Dr. Hall for a bladder infection, and he personally called to check in on him today and make sure the meds were working.

I was satisfied with the service I received here with my puppy, he got a hold of chocolate and got sick they made sure they gave him medicine to help and an iv because he was dehydrated, and they trimmed his dewclaws for me at no charge I will be going back again

Doctor Hall is amazing , I have two cats and I spent more than 1000 dollar to treat my cat in emergency hospital But it was not helpful but Dr Hall did awesome and I regret that I went to emergency and I did not wait for regular hours to see dr Hall

This is the friendliest, most hospitable Vet I could imagine. They are absolutely the BEST. I have Dogs and Cats and they are all very well taken care of. You can tell the doctors and nurses really care about the animals and it goes a long way.

I own a conure, and Dr. John Hall was an amazing vet for him. He was very careful and handled my bird very well. Also the costs for services are cheaper than Ive found elsewhere. Highly recommend for avian care.
